I went today for my scheduled appointment. I confirmed it by text a couple of days ago. Went there, and they said that I wasn't on the schedule. I took off from work to be told I wasn't on the schedule. If they don't try to make it right, I am going to find a new dentist. Today is 01/05/2024. I was scheduled to see the dentist today. Earlier in the week a staff member called and we canceled today's appointment. I get a text message saying I missed my appointment. Something has to give with your schedling.

The staff is very friendly the building itself needs a facelift the equipment is old and rusty and some chairs don’t even work if u expect a good review that’s part of the review

Cleaning of my teeth were great. What I didn’t like was having to wait 45 mins before being seen. I was sent a text to schedule and I picked one of the time's you suggested. It was obvious when I arrived you scheduled to many appointments close or at the same time.

Amy greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. Maggie took me back from waiting room to xray. Maggie is very upbeat seems to truly like her job. Doctor Aldally is confident he can perform my requested procedures. Maggie reviewed my expected charges for treatment. Great new patient first appointment !
