Can we please give a 0 star to this place? I should have pay attention to the reviews in here warning people about SCAMS. I’ve been going to Coast Dental for over three years in another location. Just tried this one since I moved, I go to the dentist twice a year and never had the horrible experience like I did here. On top of charging my insurance these people tried to charge me almost a $1,000 to do a deep cleaning. When I refused to sign the bill after the doctor told me it was not a charge (yeah right) they told me that they wouldn’t provide the cleaning unless I sign. Also she selected in the form herself that I was accepting the treatment, this is unethical and against HIPAA law. No one has the right to choose for the patient. Because I refused to sign she called me rude, well guess what? if I have to be rude to avoid you taking my money I could care less about your opinion about me. First and last time going to this horrible clinic.👎🏼 AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST YOU ALL. ¿Podemos darle una 0 estrella a este lugar? Debí haber prestado atención a las críticas que hay aquí advirtiendo a la gente sobre SCAMS. He estado yendo a Dental Cost por más de tres años en otra localidad. Sólo intenté esta ya que me mudé, voy al dentista dos veces al año y nunca tuve la horrible experiencia como lo hice aquí. Además de cobrar mi seguro, estas personas intentaron cobrarme casi $1,000 dólares para hacer una limpieza profunda. Cuando me negué a firmar la factura después de que el médico me dijo que no era un cargo (sí claro) me dijeron que no me darían la limpieza a menos que firmara. Cuando me negué a firmar y le dije que me iba me llamó grosero, ¿sabes qué? si tengo que ser grosero para evitar que me quiten mi dinero, me importa poco su opinión sobre mí. Primera y última vez que voy a esta horrible clínica. 👎🏼EVITA ESTE LUGAR A TODO COSTO👎🏼

The lady at the front desk who would not give her name (probably Karen) was so unprofessional and rude kept saying I was lying about my appointment, and she even confuse me with a different patient. It was a big mess. definitely the worst experience at a dentist office. And now I didn’t get to see a dentist and my face is swollen. I don’t recommend this office.

This place is the worst! They are rude and disrespectful! We had an appointment for our 90 yo mother and my husband had to rush off seeing patients so he can take her there only to be told they are so busy to let us know that she can’t be entertained for her new dentures. It’s not the first time this happened! I do not recommend this place!

This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They started my appointment 40 minutes late and then halfassed my cleaning. Hygienist didn’t even touch the front of my teeth And then proceeded to paint my lips with Fluoride. The grossest fluoride I’ve ever had. Probably coming back for a touchup later.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment and verified they take my insurance 3 weeks prior to my appointment. I filled out all the online forms they sent me and provided all of my insurance information. Received a text asking me to confirm the appointment and i did . Less than two days before my appointment the office manager, Joyce, left a vm stating they canceled my appointment due to me never confirming it. I didn't get off work until after 5 so I could not call the office back at that time, I reached out the next day and had the unfortunate experience of talking to Joyce, who says she is the office manager. Joyce was rude, kept raising her voice and talking over me, told me I did not have insurance, but she kept saying the wrong insurance company and when I would try to tell her that was not my insurance company yelled at me and when I told her it wasn't right she was treating me this way she hung up on me. I reached out to the district manager but never heard back so I guess this is just the normal for this company.

The staff was professional and gentle with the procedures. They were also informative.

Had 2 Serious tooth problems Dr And Tecnician were Great. They explained exactly 💯 what they were going to do. Recommend Coast Dental very much.
