Dr. Courtney St. James has been very good to me. Over this last year she noticed a heart issue from my EKG and referred me to a Cardiologist ( still getting labs,EKGs,Stress Test and have an upcoming MRI type of Xray on my heart . This was for a routine clearance for knee surgery. I'm glad I found them have been a patient 3+ yrs. I would recommend to a family member for a General PC Practice.

Would like to leave a great review but since my appt was canceled 20 minutes before it was scheduled, I can’t. They all of a sudden didn’t take my insurance anymore. Verified with their front desk a week ago that it was good and with my insurance company. Wouldn’t be as upset as I am if they told me at the time of taking my insurance, that they didn’t take it. But that’s not the case. Missed day of work with no pay. Thanks!

I use Dr. St. James and am very satisfied. She has been my primary care doctor for a few years now. I am a nurse so I can definitely say the quality is here, she takes her time but is efficient, and has an exceptional personality which is friendly and welcoming. Her staff shows the same compassion for her patients.

Dr. St. James is an awesome doctor. She is professional, kind and she really hears you and understands. She doesn’t rush the appointment through. She has a great bedside manner. Like talking to a nice next door neighbor or friend. Her nurse was also awesome. She was so kind. And also the person who understood my issue and got me an appointment quickly when they had a cancellation. I appreciate all of them.

Dr. St James is absolutely amazing. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and truly listens to her patients. She works with you to design a treatment plan that you understand and makes you comfortable. During every appointment, whether in person or via telehealth, she takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She practices real patient-centered care and it’s clear she loves her profession. I can’t rave about her enough and am glad I found her as my primary care! I recently moved and even travel the 50 miles each way to stick with her. Highly recommend her.

When I called to schedule, I made sure to confirm that they took my insurance and had been waiting months for that appointment. They *reassured* me that they DO take my insurance, and set my first appointment one month out. Days before my appointment, they called to tell me they realized they do NOT take my insurance, and (after weeks of waiting and no medication management) my appointment was cancelled. UPDATE YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION, PLEASE! This could be deadly for chronically ill patients to wait this long for an appointment just to be cancelled on same day.
