One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. He doesn't listen and is in and out before you know it. My son is an athlete and I needed answers for his coaches. I should have known better than to go somewhere before reading reviews. All the bad reviews are definitely accurate.

Dr.Rothbaums staff is courteous and professional and that is the end of the positive for this errogant, rude, uninformative, compationless recipient of my copay and waste of my time.Ill need to make another appointment with another Dr. to get the answers this one was above answering.

Very attentive doctor. Always gave me a chance to explain what I was going through and was able to diagnose my issues very quickly. I come from out of town he's that good

Staff is the only thing saving this from a one star review. Office staff and technicians were all polite & helpful. I’d give them 5 stars easily if there was a way to separate them out from the doctor. But evidently bedside manner is something they no longer cover in med school. I tried asking questions and was immediately cut off by Dr. Rothbaum and told “I only need to know the symptoms.” In all he spent less than 5 minutes with me, ordered tests (one that I said had been done in the last 6 months), and still never allowed me to ask my questions. For my copay and whatever my insurance pays this doctor is making a killing off of unhelpful 5 minute or less office visits. He might be knowledgeable but I wouldn’t know cause he won’t answer questions and just wants to order tests regardless of if you’ve had them done somewhere else. Go anywhere but here.

Dr. Rothbaum seemed knowledgeable; however, the bedside manner wasn’t there for me. He would cut me off mid-question, and would respond sarcastically at times. His bedside manner was not the worst I’ve ever seen... but not very good either.

Dr Rothbaum is an OUTSTANDING physician! Dr Rothbaum took the time to accurately diagnose, treat and resolve, and perform followup. Dr Rothbaum takes the time to explain and answer questions in a way that's easily understood. He's not a in and out kind of doctor. Very thorough. I'd definitely recommend Dr Rothbaum to anybody who's encountering ear, nose, or throat issues. Thank you Dr Rothbaum!

My husband had head cancer. Very large place was left on top of like a small saucer. The DR did plastic surgery on top of his head. Excellent Doctor

Based on my visits and surgery, Dr. Rothbaum is an excellent, knowledgable, patient and attentive physician. He is also a very kind, caring and sincere person. Dr. Rothbaum explains everything, listens to your concerns, takes as much time as you need with him and makes you feel comfortable. What more could a patient expect!!! If you read any of the few negative reviews I have to ask, did they actually have a visit with this Dr. Rothbaum? Couldn't be, as I wish all doctors were like him.

extremely disappointed . Bought my dad in had sore throat and can’t eat or swallow. Dad is 89 years old. waited 30 minutes in office with no one before us. Then when we do d see him he looked in his throat recommended a test and sent him on his way. no recommendations for comfort care , no recommendations for dry month. He was dismissed as if his suffering meant less than nothing.

All the bad reviews are so true. The doctor doesn’t care about your wellbeing. Staffs are terrible as well.
