5 star all the way for my hernia surgery. In at 7am, out by 11am. Staff was incredible. Unrestricted activity in just 3 weeks. Dr Diaz is highly recommended

Dr. Diaz amazed me, he has a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable whie he removed a cyst from my back shoulder that had been removed many years ago by another doctor she didn't get the sac, it grew back but Dr Diaz did it right. I have had virtually NO pain, it is tender of course but not sore and is healing very well... Thank you Dr Diaz, you are a gift

If their was a Zero star I would give it to this office. I was supposed to have surgery today, hospital in Orange City canceled my surgery because I could not come up with all the money for my surgery, I paid this office the amount it was due, since the hospital canceled on me this office is keeping some of my money, It wasn’t my fault hospital was the one that cancel my surgery. They are refusing to give me the whole amount back bad customer service.

The Doctors profile states "Patients should never feel that they have to choose between superior surgical skills and warm, compassionate care." I would not use the word "warm" to describe Dr. Diaz. The initial visit was very brief and matter of fact, and the day of surgery was the same. He came in and started talking to me without introducing himself, but as he was in scrubs and a mask, I assumed it was Dr. Diaz. He quickly asked me what I was in for, didn't take time to review the procedure, or what to expect after. That was the last I saw of him. He never stopped by after the surgey. I've had two other surgeries, and the surgeons always stopped in afterwards. The doctor was recommend to me for his surgical skill, his people skills need work.

Dr. Diaz is an amazing surgeon. He is calm and knowledgeable with impeccable bedside manners. He and his staff really care about the patients, and they go the extra mile for the wellbeing of the patient.

Manager openly very hard on staff. Never saw him smile ! Not once ! NOT EVEN TO CUSTOMERS ! Food was good and service too. But staff looked threatened !

A few months after removing the suctioning bags that were supposed to drain out these abscesses in my abdomen, created a boil looking bump that ruptured. I now have 2 belly buttons that occasionally leak.
