List of Devang Shah's Reviews
Is this even a real doctor's office? Tried to call them for days and never even got someone to pick up the phone. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time, because I wasted hours of mine. EDIT: The people on the phone are nice and helpful when you do reach them. It sounds to me like the office is just overworking/understaffing them, which is a shame. Changing my review to reflect that the employees are good, but I still don't think much at all of the office itself.
Dr Shah did nasal surgery (septoplastic with bilateral inferior turbinate reduction) on my brother and the outcome resulted amazing. Full easy recovery and symptoms disappeared completely.
Dr. Shah is amazing. In my eyes he saved my son, Daltons life when he was 2. He had severe sleep apnea and needed an emergency tonsillectomy and his adenoids removed. His sleep study results were so bad for a little guy his age. He then also did my other 2 babies. He’s out of this world and such a sweet bedside manor and really truly cares for his patients. I highly recommend him!!
Spent less than 2 minutes with me. He lacks bedside manner completely. Told me my prior referring doctor may have “made up” his diagnosis. I felt he kept trying to leave as I asked more questions. Did not examine me at all. He also did not offer any help or recommendations on how to deal with my symptoms. He told me I should go get more testing (from his office) and come back. I have since seen another doctor who diagnosed me and am finally getting treated. I would never recommend him to anyone. He couldn’t even pretend to care about his patients. While I was checking out he was in and out of two more patient rooms. No quality at all.
This practice is the worst I have ever dealt with! Wrote a prescription and DID NOT SIGN IT. What kind of a professional does that? To make matters worse it took 11 calls endless hours listening to a recording and they still have not sent the signed prescription to my health insurance. If you are going to go to this practice you need to have a high level of pain and plenty of spare time to wast1!
QUITE POSSIBLY THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE PHYSICIAN I HAVE EVER HAD! His diagnosis of age related hearing loss despite all of the telltale signs of sudden catastrophic hearing loss. Did not listen (!) to or observe the obvious symptoms. This doctor cannot be trusted!
Went to Dr. Shah, his staff did not give back my Drivers license and medical card. Went back to get it next day, they said they did not have it !!! I Never did get it back. This has caused me a lot of grief.
Got me in for appointment the next day!!!!! I’ve been dealing with an inner ear problem that has kept me out of work with virtigo as as well. I will post another review once I go in tomorrow. But so far, so good! Always heard great things. Receptionist was so kind and listened to me
Dr Shah was really great. Negative reviews are usually the only people who take the time to review so I wanted to leave this. I got a nasal endoscopy and he checked my throat out and I had no complaints with the service or the operation. Seems like a really good Dr.
Dr Shahs office let me down. Their audiologist quit and they failed to inform me with time enough to get an alternate appt before year end. My hearing aids would have been zero out of pocket. They knew this and still failed to inform me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
