I advised them I was there for my annual physical, several times, to Doctor & staff. Because they took history and submitted diagnosis' which they did not diagnose but took my word for from history and family history, my insurance company applied charges to my deductible rather than paying in full to doctor as my routine annual . I admit to being upset when I called them to correct, but they were also VERY rude in telling me they would not correct the mistake. Since I had a "diagnosis" they could not submit as routine!

I have been looking for a new Primary Dr. and went to Dr.Broome-Webster. She is really great! I am so happy I found her. She spent 20 minutes with me asking me questions to get to know me and answering any questions I had. I have never had a Dr. spent that kind of time with me. Her manner is calm and very pleasent. She gave me my regular med. and then scheduled me for a follow up in 3 mo.s to see if it needs adjusting. I had a Dr. of 4 years but all she cared about was to get you in and get you out and on to the next one. Not Dr.Broome-Webster, she truly is what a Dr. should be. I am in my 40's and have been to my fair share of Dr.s and she is the best! I would recommend her to everyone.The office is nice and the wait time was not long.
