As a Latina, I would not recommend this office. I did not feel welcomed or respected, and the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. The communication was dismissive and unprofessional, especially when I was trying to explain myself in English. I would not return and would choose another office where patients are treated with more courtesy and respect.

Dr Jochum is absolutely the best eye physician I have ever been to in my 60+years of life. The staff and front desk people are very helpful and generally kind. The quick surgery went very well.
