This would have been 0 stars but it will not allow you to! It has been almost 2 years since I left this establishment. I left because they always asked me to do research on how to get the answers that the doctor should have been. They heavily prescribe unnecessary prescriptions. Worst of all before I left I had new insurance and I wrote it down on the sign-in form. They of course built my old insurance and they reached out to me. I called billing and told them my new insurance company. Then again my old insurance reached out, and I again called to let them know my new insurance information. I receive a statement from my new insurance this year and it says that they finally got around to billing the correct insurance but they submitted it too late and do not pay the bill. Then a month goes by and now I am receiving collections notices for the amount that they could not get from the insurance company because of their lack of organization and submitting the bill late. I spoke again to billing and said you have two weeks to remove the collections from my account. I never received any bill and my insurance said I do not have to pay because it was your mess up not mine. I also let them know all the calls I made are recorded so I have confirmation that it was not me but them being unorganized and not submitting their bill in a timely matter. I called back two weeks later and said I am just calling back to confirm that you have removed me from collections. Now he says all of a sudden we sent you invoices. I said yes invoices that I told you all to bill to my insurance months ago. I explained that I feel that they are trying to scam me and I think anyone that uses this doctor's office needed to be weary. They are not here for their patients and they try to bleed money out of you that they did not do what they needed to do on their end. I am waiting for a call back from a manager, if not I will have to take legal action because this is not my bill to pay. Please use any other Doctors office than theirs unless you like to do all the work and be billed frivolously.

Very sad this place used to be really good now it is getting really bad time for me to move on they really need a better management to help some customers I thought I’m the only one but when I visit the last time to people was talking really bad saying that fed up

The communication from office staff needs work. I have been bounced around to about 4 PAs and they have been good but office personnel is not very communicative. Had a sleep study done in early April and the results was sent to office staff and they never contacted me.....

Great Dr.. Amazing staff.. I have been to many Dr's in my life Dr. Malki is by far my best visit yet.. I was able to visit with my Husband and the experience and attention they provided to my visit from beginning to end was top.. The nurse assistant was funny and made me laugh and loosen up.. Found us a great Dr from an amazing friend referral.

Upon arrival,Proper social distancing and thorough Covid pre entrance qualification Before appointment! Associates, Jennifer and Charlene were exceptionally professional, empathetic, kind and especially Cheery! ( So rare now). Dr. Malki is, without fail, the Most educated, considerate, thorough professional I’ve ever met. He is consistent on Every visit I’ve gone to.

Careful they like to schedule you for a UTI appointment and then proceed to call you as youre on the way to said appointment and tell you they will not see you and refuse to reschedule you within the next two days. Learn how to properly schedule and care for patients please.

The front office staff is the rudest around. They take your co pay and won’t do anything to try and help you but make you feel bad about yourself.

I was a new patient and they were able to get me in the next day. The nurse (Linda?) was very nice and personable. I saw Jessie and she was great! I was impressed with how thorough she was and how much time she spent with me. The are quick to respond to anything on their patient portal, too! I would highly recommend this office!
