Dr. Gonzalez is fabulous! She is genuinely concerned about your health. She listens and does everything she can to get your issues taken care of. Staff is also fabulous! Love them!

Dr. R-G is fine as far as doctors go. A little reductive and she prescribed, per my ENT, the wrong kind of ear drops for my barotrauma that caused a plaque to form on my eardrum, but she’s okay as far as doctors go. However, this office is TERRIBLE. Either incompetent, uncaring, negligent, or a combination of all three. I can never reach the doctor’s office direct when I call. Literally never. I called on Friday 1/20 around noon because I tested positive for COVID to see what I should do to treat at home and get my doctor’s advice, should I come in for a physical once I test negative, etc. I got the call center. I was told they left an urgent callback request (not at my request, by the way, but their own internal triage making it urgent, I assume). I STILL have not received a callback. I had a prior issue with prescribed ear drops and was in agony, had to call them repeatedly over a period of three days before the doctor ever responded and even then the doctor or the office didn’t call me, I got a notification from my pharmacist that the new medication was ready. Dr. R-G seems fine when you’re in the room with her but she doesn’t seem to care outside of paying appointments. Honestly I’m disgusted with this practice and I’m leaving this review in a last-ditch attempt to get some kind of…I don’t know, help? I’m planning on going elsewhere as a self-pay because my experience here has been so poor.

La Dra. Glenda Rosa es excelente, muy profesional, simpática, tiene cuidado de mi salud y al momento de la consulta presta atención a lo que quiero decirle, nunca se ve que tiene prisa en atenderme, sino que toma el tiempo necesario para escucharme y darme las mejores opciones a cerca de mi salud. Es la mejor Dra. Que he tenido. Otro detalle que es muy importante cuando termina la consulta me acompaña hacia el personal de check out. Me siento segura! Su personal es muy cordial y profesional, cuidadoso, le recuerdan las citas médicas y llaman para dar seguimiento de cualquier situación de salud y de referidos. Su oficina es espaciosa y muy limpia. La recomiendo al 100 % y más. Dios los bendiga siempre, mucho éxito!!!
