I cant say enough good about this facility.They were their for our family in a desperate time of need. Dont let your loved one suffer in a hospital. They are so loving and caring and the place feels like a home. Its not just a job for them they are angels here on earth.

This is such a fantastic facility. The staff is amazing they really went the extra mile for us. Everything was so nice and calm and you can really tell they care. The place is immaculate and very accommodating. While the reason to be there can be profoundly sad they really make things as comfortable as possible. The little ceremony they do for veterans is very special and thoughtful. Stephanie and Margie were so very wonderful and even though I only knew them for a few hours I am so greatful to them for their assistance and compassion.

The staff here in Orange City has gone above and beyond . The staff really cares and its not a forced emotion. My Mom passed on Sept 7 2020. She has been here a month or so than was moved to another facility. My sisters and I along with out Mom wanted her back at Halifax Health Hospice when it became her time. This Covid thing kept everyone away from their loved ones. When Mom was moved back to HHH. She was ready to start her journey . My sisters and I camped out in Moms room for almost 5 days . She was peaceful and where she wanted to be when she left us. I cant remember all the beautiful people that worked with our Mom from the Social workers to Chaplin Steve Debbie in the office. Diane Mary Lisa. Thank you all.I also want to say a very special Thank you to Krissy someone I spoke with on the phone and helped Mom get what she needed. When I finally met Krissy it was as if she knew all of me. I have been in many different healthcare facilities and have never been in a facility that is this nice to the people.Rooms are like a home away from home...Staff is caring.They have coffee and a sitting area for family.Play area for small children and the staff was cleaning everything in the morning.Very clean and items are donated by family.

Hospice staff and facility is wonderful. My friend passed last month in their facility and the staff was caring empathetic and very professional They made every attempt to make us and my dear friend as comfortable as possible in her last week of life. I do not know what I would of done without their support and knowledge. Thank you so much for all you did for us. May God bless every one of you
