List of Jefferson J Mennuti's Reviews
Dr Jefferson Mennuti, I can't thank you enough. Clean office, clean debridement. Super thankful, and always a pleasant manner when visiting. I love that I am always informed with what's going. Quality patient care for podiatry.
My husband had more than adequate care. He was able to save his toe . For that I'm greatful. However, as His wife, Mennuti barely acknowledged me. Having been hospitalized and having had several surgeries, I have never seen a surgeon completely ingore family. I was ignored and dismissed. Not acceptable.
Grateful for Dr. Menutti! He took time to listen and talk through every step of the way on my plan of treatment. Dr. Menutti did not go with the "band aid" approach. He got to the cause and why's of my diagnosis. His wealth of knowledge, patience and teaching has forever changed my life. Thank you Dr. Menutti for taking such great care me!
Dr mennuti is amazing. More than just a podiatrist, he changed my life with A different diet that made me healthier than I could ever imagine. If you go to see him just for your feet, that's great and he is amazing in that aspect fixing my callus on my toes and my walking posture (he went as far as to customize inserts). But he makes his job about the feet and the body they are attached too, and does his best to make sure all is healthy. He's not like other doctors that tell you what you want to hear, instead he tells you what you need to hear. Highly recommended!
Dr. Mennuti is kind and compassionate. He takes the time to explain the procedure required for your pain. He performed a bunionectomy on my foot. Before the surgery he examined and x-rayed to ensure the process and explain the procedure. After the surgery he monitored my healing frequently until he was sure it was all healed. Highly recommended...his secretary was very helpful as well.
Went in to have my ingown toenail and a fungus in my big toe taken care of. Instead I got a lecture about diet...I know I'm a big girl but I didn't come in for a dietary consultation I came in to have an issue with my FEET taken care of. Thanks for making me feel even worse about myself then I did before I entered your office. I will not be coming back for my follow up. I've never left a review for a Dr before, but I felt this needed to be said. I've also never been so upset and angry about a drs appointment. Terrible consultation! Stay away!
This doctor is great I'm working on your feet and he has a great personality I love this doctor to death..
Wonderful office staff, great experience!
In my opinion: NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! the best way to describe my experience is that I was scammed. I was unemployed due to Covid and when I went back to work and received my new insurance I was not able to access the portal or app as it was only a few days into the policy. I was in excruciating pain so I called and spoke to the young receptionist and specifically asked if they accepted Aetna insurance. She placed me on hold for a moment, got back on the line and said "we accept all of their plans" I asked when I could be seen as a new patient and was immediately booked for the next week. I visited this doctor numerous times as I have extreme pain in my foot/heel. One day I received a call from the outsourced company the dr uses for appointments and billing. The woman on the phone was very nice and explained I had an outstanding balance. I knew this as I had asked the dr himself my previous visited about billing and he stated it was hard to tell me the total but he sees a $70 copay.... The woman on the phone informed me I owed almost $2,000.00 for 5 visits.... I asked for a detailed explanation which I received via email and then noticed non insured payment/fees. I called the woman back and she informed me they DO NOT ACCEPT AETNA!!! I was very upset almost in tears and asked the dr call me as I was informed they did prior to me making appointments and being seen. The next day I had an appointment which I obviously was not going to attend. The same receptionist I spoke to my original call to the office called to ask if I was going to be late. I explained everything to her and stated I was not coming to the office anymore. Her response was "you spoke to me, I told you we took Aetna after I spoke to the dr that day we do take Aetna." I said well that's real funny and you should be ashamed of yourself for telling people misinformation because my almost $2,000.00 bill tells me otherwise. She was upset and said she would talk to the dr as she guaranteed me she asked and he confirmed Aetna. SURPRISE I have not received a call back and have reached out numerous times to get my bill adjusted due to their providing misinformation to patients.
First, the office. A not welcoming at all atmosphere. Badly lit and dingy. The secretary was more interested in her mobile phone and playing with her hair than in paying attention to the clients, and when she finally does, she is dismissive and impatient. Her attire was inappropriate for a physician's office and her attitude spoke volumes. She clearly showed she was not interested or qualified, just mostly bored and not into her job at all.Dr. Minnuti is a competent doctor, and a good conversationalist, but he has a condesending attitude and apparently thinks his clients are not educated enough to know anything about medicine, unfortunately for his beliefs, in my personal case I have a Masters degree and was in the health care business for 30 years. He has apparently fallen on hard times so he tries to peddle his wares that insurance doesn't cover at exorbitant prices. To top this, for me he actually doesn't cut nails very well nor with enough care.In the final end he offered me no solutions or suggestions besides ice packs and his products. All in all, a not so great experience.Let the client beware...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
