Jeffrey Corak's Online Review Report Card

Had my first appointment, as a new patient, and has to be the most sarcastic doctor I've ever seen. Just 100% unprofessional with zero bedside manners. Strongly suggest seeking other neurologists for treatment. I am going to switch to a new doctor. I do not trust my life in the hands of someone with such an outspoken attitude problem and question all of your health concerns in a poor manner. So basically he does not care what you have to say about what your feeling, because he will cut you off and question you as if you didn't know what your actually feeling or what's going on with you. Then he basically says you do not have any of those things and completely brush off everything you tell him and does not even check you, send you for any labs, or any imaging whatsoever! I couldn't have stormed out of there any quicker. On my way out, the receptionist said, maam you need to check out, and i said what you need to do is put your employer on check, because he obviously needs the roles revearsed on him, i do not work for this doctor, he works for me, and all they can do is stare at you with a weird expression. I only wish there was a zero star rating because he does not deserve any stars at all ! I hope this sums up the meaning of a very poor neurologist who just does not care about people. Very, very unsatisfied. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I cannot call this man a doctor. He treated my dad and I feel he contributed to my dad getting worse instead of better. When I went to get my dad's medical records the staff told me to leave or they would call the police. I went to Deland Police and reported. Something seriously wrong there. RUN in the opposite direction.

this is by FAR the worst expierence ive ever had. what a bitter old judgeful man. took me off my medicine that was working for me at the time, told me i did NOT need it (after prescribing it to me) and said to save it for OTHER patients. leading me up to having more seizures daily... piece of garbage old bitter man i would NEVER recommend to even my worse enemy. jeffery corak you are lousey excuse of a doctor. FUCKYOU!!!

Very prompt and energetic MD my time at the office was very good and pleasant.

Worst Dr. I have ever come across. Absolutely no bedside manners. Did not lisyen to my concerns after 40 mins wait he seen me for less than 5 mins n sent me on my way. I recommend that if you are in search of a Neurologist you skip this one. He's definitely a joke n its a waste of ypur time and hard earned money.

Very unprofessional, rude, no bedside manners, didn’t even explain what the MRI results meant. We left with more doubts than what we went with. I will rate him -5 if possible. All the 1 star ratings are absolutely accurate! Do not give him the benefit of the doubt. Find another doctor who really cares about their patient and whoever is compassionate with their job. Otherwise staff was nice. What can you do with good staff and a mediocrity Doctor?

This so called doctor is a menace not a healer. With out one record,one test or one examination he tried to have my driver's license taken away. I was sent to him by insurance company to consult and deal with my vns implant. His first words to me was he doesn't deal with that and he didn't have anyone he could recommend to deal with it. He then fired off a bunch of rude comments and he did so in a contemptuous manner. When I left not only did he turn me into FL highway safety. He then completely lied and reported to my primary doctor that I had said I was having several seizures a week. I have had my seizures controlled since I had the vns implant put in and turned on.why someone would do so much to harm someone is beyond understanding.please don't let this man hurt you or anyone you care about.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. Not sure if he is a Dr.??? I went in for Severe Neck pain , had to stop pt. I have had 1 Neck fusion, & 2 disc replaced, with a metal plate, I have extensive nerve damage, & arthritis.I told him it feels like another herniation, he told me to go back to pt. I said buts that's why we stopped!!!! I had also had a mri done but because of the metal I told him it will be difficult to see the herniation, he said if you can't see it there is none! Very Arrogant! I said I am in severe pain I have been for 5 days, level9, I just drove here, you haven't even examined me, & you are already passing me back to pt??? I told him, I was going to report him. I am a 58 year old lady, I counted on him, that's not right! Drs shouldn't treat women or anyone like that! I left in pain , & in tears!! Please I have seen Good, and Bad Neurologists, but this gentleman is in a category all his own THE WORST!!!!!!

Took my wife to this so called Docter, and the first thing I noticed that he hardly ever looked up at my wife. He just kept ruffling my wife paper and talking. He told her to get the results for her MRI and bring it in. Our next visit yelled at her and said he never got the results from her test, which he did have , he just couldn't read them. He has the worst bedside manner of any Doctor I. have ever met. He told her he would have to refer her to Shanes because he can't figure out what's wrong with her. He supposed to be a specialist and knows about anything. My wife does not want to go back to him ever again and we won't. We will find a more professional doctor. He also needs to be reported to the state and have his license remove from practicing.

I went to see "Doctor" Corak because I had a stroke and had issues with other neurologists and he was one of the lasts on the list. His receptionist is really nice but after that, his "nurse" or "assistant" is nasty and rude. She interrogated me and mocked me because I have a hard time speaking. When "Doctor" Corak came into the room, he was nasty, rude, and cold. He didn't examine me but again I was interrogated like he was the Gestapo. He asked the same questions that were on his paperwork and yelled at me because I couldn't remember fine details. I told him I had an issue with my insurance and he lectured me that I should have paid for doctors out of my own pocket. He abruptly left the room to look at the MRI but he spoke very loudly on the phone as if he was yelling at someone. I looked at my mother who came with me since she is my POA and medical healthcare surrogate and told her I wanted to leave. He ran back to the room and threw my MRI disc back at me. He broke the HIPPA laws by claiming he was going to diagnose me in his hallway and embarrass me. I would never go to see this "doctor" again! His staff reflects his attitude.
