Jeremy Steinbaum's Online Review Report Card

Dr steinbaum is a gifted compassionate surgeon who I believe has saved my mother's life TWICE!! This review is NOT a reflection on him this review is a reflection upon his unprofessional uncaring and rude staff, particularly his office manager. I am still in shock about how she treated and spoke to my mother who is the sick patient. How dare you raise your voice and speak to my 70 year old mother the way you did because you were angry about a scheduling mistake YOUR STAFF MADE!!! Another patient overheard the entire encounter.,and is just as appalled by your behavior as I am. When I told Kimberly another staff member about what had happened she of course defended her office manager, so shame on you too Kim whom I've known for quite a few years now. We adore and appreciate Dr steinbaum and we will forever be grateful for what he has done for my mom over the years but we are equally disgusted by his staff.

I would like to say l was very pleased with my conversation with Emily Heath the surgery scheduler. She gave me 25 minutes of her time and explained to me thoroughly what to expect with my upcoming surgery. Not to mention she answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I needed a consultation like this because this is my first surgery ever and needless to say I was quite nervous about it. With the assistance I received I feel much better about it. Dr. Steinbaum made me feel very comfortable, explained everything to me with no nonsense, was upfront and honest.

Dr. Steinbaum did surgery on me and after a couple of visits (because I had to get to a comfortable place) had complete confidence. I expressed my concerns and fears and he heard me and made me feel comfortable.

To much to get into but if you need emergency surgery like I did you do not get to pick a surgeon. Unfortunately you get who you get. Office staff is rude & the way he talks to his patients is SO unprofessional as well. I would not recommend

Dr. Steinbaum was wonderful. He was in constant contact with my other doctors and he got my surgery done without making a major production. He also explained everything in a fast, yet concise manner so I knew exactly what was going on. Most importantly, he was sensitive to the fact that in the past I have had much pain after a surgery. He did exactly what was necessary to keep my pain to a minimum. In other words, he listened to what I had to say.

Thank you for the exceptional care that you have provided to myself and to my family. You are truly the greatest doctor ever! You staff is the best and I’ll never be able to thank you and your staff for all you have done for us.

Jeremy told me (him and the pulmonologist Smith) told me I had lung cancer "I had a better chance of winning the lottery, than not having cancer", he said! My lung biopsy was negative, my bronchoscopy was negative, they said my Petscan was suspicious for malignancy, so Jeremy said, "let's get it out" he took out my right upper lobe, a section of my middle and a piece of my third lobe so basically I have no right lung, also took ribs and lymph nodes, I had NO CANCER, I was 47 I am 66 the struggle is real, I have to pace myself my breathing, I thank God I have been able to see my son's and grandchildren grow up, I am in constant pain, I don't take pain killers ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION PEOPLE 😢

Receptionist was really rude and the director canceled my surgery due to a payment that they were requesting prior to the surgery ! Horrible customer service from both ! Please be advised if you're looking to have surgery this is the WORST place I would recommend !

Dr. Steinbaum is an amazing surgeon! Thank you so much for the perfect job on my thyroidectomy! You have been a lifesafer. Your kind and professional staff was a blessing too.
