Dr. Lopez is so nice. He cares about patients, he will come to the room with full knowledge of your situation (if following up) meaning he takes his time to actually read your record. Love the time he takes to talk to you out of the exam room, makes you feel more comfortable. He speaks Spanish, thats a 👍🏽 for me. He will tell you things how they are. They call everytime labs are done and little reminder cards are sent to you for your next checkup!

Being post menopausal Dr. Cintron prescribed an estrogen cream suppository for dryness. When I returned to his office and told him of the side effects (tender breasts), he laughed and asked me if I was sure the tenderness "was not from my husband playing with my titties". This coming on my 2nd visit was screaming sirens of unprofessionalism and I never returned for more of that bullsh*!#t. Totally disrespectful, although he cracked himself up.

I had the pleasure of visiting the office of Dr.Lopez-Cintron yesterday. I haven’t been feeling my best and I was looking for a healthcare professional that was forward thinking. My thanks to Dr. Lopez-Cintron and his amazing staff, especially Leslie, who found an appointment for me same day. Dr. took his time with me, asking questions, educating non-stop. Thank you for a first class experience! I highly recommend Dr. Lopez-Cintron and staff.

Dedicated Dr. who cares well for his patients. His staff is superb. Dr. Lopez’s knowledge and expertise is communicated clearly and patiently. He takes time to hear and answer concerns in all visits. Thank you Dr Lopez and staff.

Dr. Lopez-Cintron is super friendly and confident. He put me completely at ease. He diagnosed me, set me up for surgery, performed a successful surgery, and followed up. I love the front desk. The employee at the front desk (I forgot her name) is friendly on the phone, follows up, calls me back, and does what she says she is going to do. Overall the office runs smoothly, the nurses are friendly and compassionate, and Dr. Lopez-Cintron is a great doctor.

After 21 years no longer happy how they do things . whether u take my insurance or not I'm now 35 been treating me since age 14 and delivered my baby who is now 12 and has taken half my cervix .u can offer me cash visits or recommend me to another one who takes my insurance!! since u don't do either that's not caring for your patients Us patients don't have control of insurance . very disappointed. Is it the Dr or his assistance acts this way??
