Edit: I have received a formal apology from his higher ups for the misogynistic comments he made to me, so I’ve deleted my former review. That’s all I wanted, was an apology. I received a letter in the mail informing me that he is retiring. I think that’s a good decision.
If you are overweight; do not go to this doctor. If you go in for flu symptoms he will disregard that and go straight to the weight loss! Now I’m with a dr who focus’ on the reason why I’m there instead of focusing on my weight!
Love the staff and Dr.Rosales, MD. There are too many good things to say about this office. Just don't have time to list them all
Dr. Rosales has been my doctor for many years and i have been completely satisfied with the him and his staff.
Very interested in and concerned about the patient's issues and needs, provides helpful information, also proper treatment, etc.
Called to make an Appointment as a New Patient, called at end of September, beginning of October, was told I would get a call back to schedule Middle of October, Called into the office to check the status of pending New Patient appointment , and was told I was Pending MD Approval , since my current MD is within the same Advent Health Provider System, ok, a week later I call the office to check on that approval, and still on provider desk to be approved, ok yet again, so as advised I waited on a phone call back from this office, Finally, I do get a call back on 11/5/2019 from the office to inform me, they are waiting for the Administrator to call them back on how to schedule my first appointment since I was already a current patient with my current PCP who is within the same advent health system ,and as soon as they get an answer, they will call me back to schedule Never got a call back till this day, and No Follow Up for a New Patient Appointment.
Doctor Rosales has been my PCP for 15 years. Minutes before my very first visit, I started having issues with me pregnancy. Dr. Rosales found an OB nurse in his business building and brought her to me for reassurance. Many years later, I was hospitalized and needed to undergo a stress test. Dr. Rosales came to the hospital in his Sunday best and sat with me in the hallway while I waiting nervously for the test. He takes his time and you never feel like he's rushing you out of the office. His office staff is amazing and I almost always seen within 1-2 days of calling in for an appointment. My husband also sees Dr. Rosales and appreciates Dr. Rosales visiting him at the hospital every time he's been admitted to Fish Memorial, Orange City. I know he'll have to retire some day, I just hope he's not to going to for many more years and come. My favorite doctor of all time, hands down!!!
Very unpleasant experience at this location. I've since moved on to another doctor. Unfortunately, I felt very disrespected unlike any experience I've ever had with any other doctor. The staff was super sweet though. Wait times are also short but I think I know why.
Awesome and friendly. Experienced and knowledge.
Used to feel like he was a great doctor, but the past couple times I've seen him he's been quite rude to me. He made a sexist comment and made nasty, unnecessary comments about my weight when I'm only a size 12. I went home and cried for hours. No doctor has ever been so hostile with me. Needless to say, I won't be back ever again. I'm going to switch doctors next year. I hope I find someone with better 'bedside manners' next time. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because he used to be nice and his receptionist people are super, super nice. Maybe something is going on in his personal life and he chose to take it out on me, but I don't put up with that nonsense.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
