A good pill pusher who, after just two lightning fast visits, unempathetically tried to tell me how ALL of my health problems were do to anxiety because I made the decision to stop one of the medicines she prescribed. When I tried to question her, she cut me off, said she didn't want to argue, and quickly ended the session. I should have known something was wrong when she diagnosed me as bipolar in the first minute of our first visit. But hey... Medicaid beggars can't expect to be choosers.

I see alot of bad reviews. I don't know why Dr. Romain always takes her time with me, she explains things without trying to rush out of the appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Romain for years, and she and her staff have always been welcoming and friendly. When I have had mental health emergencies, they have gone above and beyond to get me seen as soon as possible.

The office goes above and beyond to schedule my clients. Erica & Monique place my kids on my caseload on a cancellation list and I have been called to have my kid fit in the schedule. I am very grateful for the staff being so understanding. Dr. Romaine is very reassuring and my clients feel good talking to her

The Orange City staff treat you like you are a criminal and are lazy. If you need an itemized receipt to be reimbursed, forget about it. They don’t even know what the word itemize mean. Don’t ask Jojo. She only care about herself and will call office manager to her rescue to act like a gangster. How can you work in the office for people with mental illness and you seem like you need help yourself? Dr. Sunita Tikku in Orange City staff is so much better.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Romain for several years. She is an amazing doctor who listens and is attentive to their needs. She does not rush you out of her office and will make sure your needs are met. Definitely refer her!!!

There is one word that describes them and it's great I am talking about Dr.Romain , Monique and Amanda when I go to my son's appointment I dont feel like I am going to an appointment I feel like I am visiting a family because that is how they treat me and my son and fam if I could give them 10 stars I will because they are super great Monique and Amanda have done for my self and my son beyond the line so the only thing I can say about them being honest that they are my and my Sons Angel's so i just want to thank them for all they have done for me and my son God bless them thanks for everything
