I went to see Dr. Crum based upon her reviews and my prior experience with this practice. She was GREAT! X-rays were taken prior to the visit and she was very attentive to how I described my issues (hip and thigh pain). She had me do various “stretches” and combined with the X-rays quickly was able to diagnose my problem and assure me that no surgery was required. She gave me a treatment plan which I have been following faithfully and my issues had been steadily improving. We have a follow scheduled in two months to gauge improvement. I highly recommend Dr Crum!

Dr. Crum operated on my mother on January 19, 2021 and it has totally changed her life for the worst. My mother's leg is still swollen and she is still not able to walk properly without a cane. We have had several follow up appointments with Dr. Crum but she just states everyone heals differently and keeps referring my mother to a pain management clinic rather than trying to determine if her body is rejecting the hip or anything else. We have asked for CT Scans or an MRI of the hip which she finally ordered at CT Scan on July 5, 2022. The CT Scan was completed and results were ready by July 8, 2022 and we have been calling and calling this office to get a follow up appointment to revew the results and the office has not responded. I am writing this review with hopes that someone in the office will actually care and return our calls so my mother can find out what is going on. This has changed her whole life for the worst and this is after making a full recovery from brain surgery back

The x-rays and exam went much better than I expected. Dr. Crum has a nice way about her.

After being in a car accident last year, I needed another surgery. Dr Crum was great at explaining everything going into the procedure, and the procedure itself was amazingly easy to recover from! I have no bad experiences with her or the surgery center she works with, and now I'm walking better then I thought I could!

I am so pleased with Dr Crum and the surgery. She listens and answers all questions. All of the pain I had before the surgery is gone. I am still recovering with little to no pain. Life is so much better now.
