Kishorkumar Shukla's Online Review Report Card

Dr.Shukla has been really great. He is very kind and gentle and he even made my shy 4 month old laugh. He answered all my questions and gave me a remedy for my baby's skin, which worked very quickly. He definitely knows what he is doing and is great with kids. The secretary was very pleasant as well. I am truly baffled by all of the negative reviews because my experience has been so great. However, i personally feel all the bad reviews are just a bunch of "Karen's" getting upset because they don't want to hear the truth, they just want to complain. It's a real shame because Dr.Shukla is a wonderful Doctor and I'm very grateful to have found him.

Dr Shukla is absolutely amazing

First time there..I love this place..so friendly..professional..Dr.Shukla was so thorough and right on point with my sick grandson. Very helpful and quick with meds.and my grandson was well in a few days.

IF YOUR CHILD HAS MEDICAl ISSUES DONT GO HERE! Yesterday was my first visit with this doctor my son has battled stomachs issues his whole 7 1/2 months. I was bashed because I wasn’t willing to switch formula (hypoallergenic and it works for him) and because I wasn’t willing to start using grain again I just tried grain a few weeks ago and I know he still has issues with it (causes him to puke everything back up and has server stomach pains). he wanted me to use gripe water to just bandaid his stomach issues instead of finding a alternative solution that actually works for my son! Then was told his issues are because I’m such a absolutely negative person not because they are real!!! I left in tears which he also bashed me for! I have never experience such a horrible experience a day in my life! He was such a horrible person and should retire!

We love Dr Shukla! He takes his time to go over any questions and give us detailed explanations and strategies for good health. If you need a pediatrician who cares Dr.Shukla is your man!

Horrible horrible horrible. Please take the extra time and find a REAL doctor that CARES. Customer service is very bad, but he’s worst. Just because we said we won’t vaccinate our child that day, he said “ok” and left the room. Incredibly rude office.

Do not take your kids here at all costs ! My kids were running fevers of 103, not eating in days, vomiting, and severe coughs and they didn’t even do any type of covid, flu, or strep test. They sent them home with a note to return back to school the next day and a day later to drink warm milk with turmeric. Meanwhile I’m getting sick so I took myself to the dr to find out what’s running through the house is the Flu Type A which I was prescribed medicine for the cough and other medicine from a real provider! I tried calling and asking the Dr Shukla to send in cough medicine at least so they could rest and all they would do is send in antibiotics with a viral infection????? Makes no sense. Do not waste your time going here. I’m sure many kids with underlying conditions are being brushed off so he can see as many patients as possible because it’s Medicaid.

I love DR shukla with my babies! He's so good with my 3 children. And my children love him and have fun everytime we see him!

Whoever is answering the phone (sounds like a family member or his wife) is extremely rude ! Refused to give me her name. If you work in this industry then manners, sympathy, empathy ALL of that is very important ! She also hung the phone up in my face just because I asked for her name in the event that my request was not fulfilled. All I need is a referral so that my daughter can be seen by a REAL doctor and it only takes a few seconds to scribble on a piece of paper and write a referral. My daughter was seen and was told it would be done the next day well it’s the next day and it’s yet to be done.

My first son is 27 I also have a 20, a 17 and a 9 year old and all of them have been patients of dr Shukla. They 💕 love him the 27 yr old came with me to a Dr visit with my 17yr old and gave Dr Shukla a big hug.
