I have been a patient of Dr. West for 15 years and could not be in better hands. He listens to my concerns and then provides a diagnosis, or relieves me of my concerns. Above all, Dr. West truly cares for his patients. It is worth the wait time to see him.

My calls to office are not returned. Md informed me that they triage the calls and my calls may never be answered based on their choice. He said he has a tremendous number of patients so can't return all calls. Sample meds given after visit which were double the dose previously ordered and double the prescription sent to pharmacy. No explanation given for the increase in dose or tests to determine if change needed.

Dr. West takes as much time as the patient needs to be fully informed and comfortable with future procedures and tests. He includes the spouse and welcomes questions to be sure the family is fully informed.

I was admitted to the emergency room with chest pains. Dr West was assigned as my cardiologist. He instills extreme confidence; shares needed information and is encouraging while one goes thru the testing & diagnostic process
