Dr. G just goes over your lab work with you and prescribes a RX even if the test are close to the parameters listed on the report. The only time he examined me was on my first visit 4 1/2 years ago.

5 minutes visit tops...quick to pull out script pad.. its like fast food..quickly evaluate you within 5 minutes and then charge the insurance company for 45..besides my $30 co pay..better off seeing another pratice. In the two months i've visited..new staff..overhearing things in the waiting room .patients talking about new staff..what happenned. Time to switch doctors

If you have any half way serious health concerns this doctor is not the one you want to see. He has yet to perform anything close to what I consider a physical. He rattles off blood test results without really telling you anything. It can take weeks for prescriptions to make it to your drug store or for the office to respond to home delivery pharmacy requests. Then there is the fact that he is out of the office quite a bit and does not have anyone to cover for him. You will be instructed to go to the emergency room if you require treatment. Then he expects you to come to his office when he does decide to return so he can charge you (or the insurance company) for an office visit so he can deem whether or not you need to see said specialist even though the ER doctor has said it is urgent that you do. He will not give you a referral to see said specialist even though he knows what has transpired even if you have to wait to see him (if you have a HMO). Needless to say, we have changed doctors.

Doctor spent very little time with me, especially on first visit. Office screwed up three different test I was supposed to take, and they never followed up.

Being new in this area, my sister recommended Dr. Gonzales for my primary doctor and I've been very happy with him. He is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and offers solutions to your medical problem. I'd recommend him.
