Dr Hippal and his staff have been amazing. On an annual exam my husbands was diagnosed with an Aortic Aneurysm. Dr Hippal and his personal assistant, nurse Amy have gone above and beyond to help my husband get insurance approval. They went through several recommendations and phone calls to get approval with our HMO to get what we felt was the best surgeon for his condition.

Dr. Hippal has been my heart doc for a very long time. He saved my life. He has wonderful staff who are very kind and considerate. Bryan has been great and Amy has always been quick to respond to my call-ins . I get my appointments quickly and my test results fast. I will never go to another cardiologist office.

I'm not surprised this doctor's Google reviews disappeared, because his overall rating was dismal. The average wait time at his office is 1+ hours because he is always "on rounds" at the hospital--or so the story goes. In truth, he has no respect for his patient's time. When I met with him, he was rude, dismissive, and condescending; his assistant looked very uncomfortable. I wonder why this little man believes he has the right to treat others so poorly? Luckily, there was nothing wrong with my heart, so there was no need for a follow-up appointment.

I spoke to Dr. Hippal's nurse Amy about getting a clearance letter for a job. She refuses to give me a clearance letter saying they don't write clearance letters for anybody. I asked if I could have the letter saying "they don't write letters for nobody". As mean as someone can be she said"I said we don't write clearance letters She was being very vindictive. Because of her attitude I will never go back to doctor Hippal's office. I want a cardiologist's office that would help me no matter what.

My several past visits with Dr. Hippal went okay. He is a Great Doctor, but his support staff had a lot to be desired. Today was Totally Different. All his staff were kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Several were newer employees. What a difference. It was a delightful experience. Thank you!!

My husband and I both see Dr. Hippal. He is a very caring and compassionate physician who cares about the whole person. We are very pleased with the care we receive. I am a retired RN who is very picky about the doctors we see. There can be a wait when the doctor has an emergency, but they give us the option of seeing a nurse practitioner or waiting for the doctor.

I would not even leave a 1 star , my wife was having issues with her heart and he just walked in the room and quickly referred her to see a Lung doctor. We went to or primary doctor and he ordered a CT scan of her heart and found out that she has 3 blocked arteries and needs immediate surgery. The billing department will over charge you too. (CROOKS) . There are many Cardiologist to pick from, do not go see this one.
