Absolutely amazing service from all staff and Dr Collette. This was my first visit. They answer the phone right away, are very prompt in calling back to follow up, and I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. When I arrived for my appointment was seen right away. The staff is very cheerful! Dr Collette is wonderful. He listened to my story and gave me great explanations and details of next steps. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Was not treated well. Felt totally dismissed!! Tell him I have numbness in face near ears cause I do have Tittinus. Then he just says. Oh yea it’s your neck. Really. My neck doesn’t hurt! Then he says you need speech therapy. Geez this so called. ENT doesnt send me for any tests. Nothing. Just so we can get to next step. And help me to feel Atleast a little better. I was in tears! Wanted to know what was causing the Tittinus! He could care can less! Some of the staff is very rude!! No compassion in this office! Sorry I ever went there!!

I am very ,very, disappointed with the office. I just moved here in December and have been trying for 3 full months only getting a complete RUN Around from THIS office staff. Yes in Jan they told me my insurance was accepted but need referral. Got the referral the notes weren’t good enough. Went back to family doc and took more weeks for them to even open the notes. Just got a call from my family doctor saying I’m out of network...not true. This Lake Mary office is the worst. Dr. Colette....you should take these NEGATIVE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. I KNOW MY SINUS Problems have gotten worse. I need to start back with a new doctor. I NEVER write bad reviews but this was necessary for the rude, uncaring....trying to get you to go somewhere else staff.

I can't share about the doctor because I never spoke with him or got to see him. I'm in need of ear surgery ASAP and my primary gave me this number for my insurance. I've been looking for 2 months and this office is the least compassionate. I was hung up on by two receptionists. They said he NEVER took my insurance and wouldn't listen to me for a second (I know I was crying but I don't know what to do). I thought doctors were here to help, not just for money. I suggest hiring more compassionate office personnel. Update to the response, she did hang up on me and when I called back the woman who answered, acknowledged (Sherry was her name) that the other woman hung up on me because she can't help me. She then hung up on me! You can say all you want that she didn't but she did. Unfortunately your responses to any bad review are terrible, you're not compassionate and should not be working in the medical field. You're listed on my providers insurance that's how I got your information. Don't go here. If I could rate a 0 I would.
