Love the dr but when you can not get a refill during a crisis, answering service said their roof fell thru , they have been out for 2 weeks now, and no return calls!! It’s pretty stressful when an elderly person. Can not get their meds refilled when they are a current patient!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dr. Desai is the first doctor of any whom I see to immediately look at me, not at the computer, to explain fully what kidney disease is, type I have, kind of tests, ongoing treatment. Then, when looking at my profile on the computer, turns to me to explain any thing further, ask whether I have a question. Before ending the interview, he asks if I have understood everything discussed and, again, if there are any further questions.

I have been with Dr Desai for five years I have ckd I actually look forward to my appointment Dr Desai is very informative and straight forward he is one of the best that actually cares for his patients I recommend him as the best
