They canceled my appointment I made a year in advance and then are unable to reschedule me for at least two more months. Really disappointed.

Nicole Sherer and the staff at waters edge are amazing, very helpful and actually care about the patients. She (Nicole) takes her time with each person and answers every question that is asked and gives some recommendations as to how to help with our skin problems. They follow social distancing and covid precautions to a T, very nice and clean office. I would recommend this office to friends and relatives for sure. Thanks for caring Nicole and for the free samples to get us started in the getting better process right away.

Dr Sherer and the staff at Water's Edge are freindly and a very caring family.Dr. Sherer is very careful to listen to your concerns and explain things thoroughly. They treat me like family and care how I am doing. Great service!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I was a patient at the Oviedo location but recently moved to this area and I am so thankful they have a location in Orange City. The office staff is so nice and helpful and my doctor helped to solve the issue with my skin in just one visit. Will definitely return in the future, if need be.
