Malisiiimo este lugar, la ultima cita que fui me hiciero esperar 2 horas para que me atendieran cuando logre entrar a consulta el dr me salio todo bien amargado y prepotente, y con el mismo Dr castiel, mal servicio al cliente

Dr Castiel and his entire staff are so wonderful. I feel very cared for every time I come. They are very flexible with scheduling, and you never have to wait on hold. You always get a real person, nothing automated. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best family doctor in Orange Park, will recommend to anyone.

We have been visiting Dr Castiel for the last 15 years and can testify that he is the best doctor in town to both my wife and myself.

Dr. Alberto Castiel is an absolute great doctor. I don't write reviews, but felt compelled to do this one. He has one of the best bedside manors a doctor could have. Explains diagnosis in a way you can understand. Staff is always kind, and helpful. Never waited more than a few minutes for appointment. Anyone looking for a new Doctor don't hesitate trying Dr. Castiel. You will not regret it !

Best Doc ever. Been with him over 30 years. Usually a bit of a wait, bring a book, it’s worth the wait for quality medical care.

I’d give a zero if I could! I called to get a letter stating that I was a caregiver of my 92 year-old mother-in-law.... Dr. Castiel say there’s not much known about the the Covid-19 vaccine.... obviously he doesn’t follow the science.... don’t recommend this physician AT ALL!!!!

I missed my appointment today and they squeezed me in last minute understanding I needed to be seen. Dr. Castiel was professional and personable. I’ve been going here for 10 years now. This latest visit was just a reminder they are accommodating and I feel like I’m in good hands with the office in OP.

I moved to Florida over a year ago when my son-in-law was transferred to Jacksonville by the Navy. I have been going to North Florida Medical since I’ve been here and always saw the PA. (She was WONDERFUL) On my latest visit I was informed she’d left the practice suddenly and I needed to see Dr. Castiel. I am 66 years old and I had never been verbally attacked by a doctor until I saw him. He is the most hateful, arrogant person I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with, doctor or otherwise. He ridicules, shames, and berates without giving a person time to understand why this is happening. He practically screamed at me because I said I had been monitoring my blood sugar and he insisted you can’t buy glucometers or test strips without a prescription. I guess he hasn’t been to Walgreens’s lately. Lol. Normally I’m very good at words but this caught me off guard and was so unexpected it left me nearly speechless. To this day I don’t know what set him off.

Dr. Castiel and his team run a great practice. As a student that trained here, I can vouch for the thorough and personal care that they provide. I have to give a particular shout out to PA-C Mark Balister for being a fantastic mentor and healthcare provider :-)
