Alexander Farag's Online Review Report Card

My first visit was today. Dr. Farag was OUTSTANDING! He is very professional and knowledgeable! You can CLEARLY see that his patient's care comes first! He listened really well to my concerns! He even asked if I had any questions for him!!!!! I WILL be returning! If you need an ENT, he's your go-to doctor! His assistants in his office are awesome also and took GREAT care of me!

Doctor Alexander Farag is the most kind, compassionate doctor I've ever had. He has had the best bedside manner with me and has been very informative with my family as well when he's done my surgeries. He LISTENS when you're talking to him, and answers my questions in terms I can understand. He treats you like the person you are & not just like your next on the list to be seen that day. He has spent as much time needed to talk with me without me feeling rushed. He's very gentle when he has to examine me and talks me through each step. These are all the things I feel like all doctors should be like! I was lucky enough to be blessed by God when he gave me Dr. Farag as my physician. This man truly cares about his patients and their well being. I believe he truly has a passion for what he does everyday! I completely trust my doctor and that takes a lot for me to trust doctors! He saved me from my cancer spreading in my tear duct by the decisions he made while I was on the O.R. table! I will forever be thankful for that. Even other doctors I've had to see for my cancer have told me the decision Dr. Farag made that day when I was on the O.R. table was amazing and that most doctors wouldn't have done what he did! It feels amazing to know that Dr. Farag absolutely cares about the lives he has in his hands! ❤️

I was referred to Dr. Farag due to several different issues including a nasal polyp. I have dealt with sinusitis for a very long time! I was greeted with friendly faces upon my first visit! Dr. Farag was professional, knowledgeable and it shows he truly cares about his patients. He gives every opportunity to his patients to ask questions without interruption. He takes his time explaining the plan of care. In my case it was determined surgery was needed. Bedside manner was Excellent! After surgery my breathing has greatly improved and having miserable sinus infections is very rare! I would recommend Dr. Farag and his team! Thank you Dr. Farag!

After years of being miss diagnosed for sinusitis and being prescribed Amoxicillin. Dr. Farag on my first visit determined that I had a fungal sinus infection and surgery was required to remove it. My sinuses were completely blocked. Since the surgery I can breathe and smell again. He is very thorough and is easy to talk to. He just discovered a Psuedomonas infection from a culture. I have complete faith in Dr. Farag.

The doctor and his staff have always made me feel special. The doctor really listens and address all my questions and fears. I love them all.
