Nice people, great doctors. Prior rheumatologist had diagnosed me with RA, but this Dr did x-rays and determined it was PA.

Dr. Kollampere is one of the most diligent physicians I have ever had to take care of me. She is very detailed and caring. I will only see her at this facility!

First of all - the staff is nice and professionally friendly. Doctor Oza was fantastic! I received the most complete exam ever. In just one visit I feel better than I have in four years. My mistake is not going to her sooner. April 14, 2023: I have never left a negative review about a doctor or business until now. What a shame. I had an appointment with my GP in June 2022 complaining of increased shoulder pain. He wanted me to go to SE Orthopedics where I had surgery before or go to a rheumatologist as I also have arthritis. I decided to go to the Athhritis Treatment Center in Orange Park and see Dr. Oza. My first appointment was in July 2022. I had a blood-workup and exam. She gave me a cortisone shot in my shoulder. It helped but didn’t last. I was very impressed with my exam and gave a good Google review. 08/17/22 a followup visit and blood-workup. 09/14/22 another visit and blood-workup. 10/12/22 Another visit and this time was sent for an MRI. 11/7/22 On this visit the doctor took me off the arthritis med because she wanted my system clean to start Renflexis. I was referred to an Orthopedic surgeon. I asked if he was with SE Orthopedics in Fleming to report this to the State Attorney’s office. SE Orthopedics finally sent the records. 12/07/22 another visit to see how I was feeling and still no approval for the Renflexis. I told the doctor about the problem getting my med Island and the answer was “I think so” from the PA. No, he was located in Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Bch. I had gone to SE Orthopedics and they needed my medicals from Dr. Oza’s office. I called the referral office and gave the info needed. A week later I called again. After another week I went into the office and told them my medicals were not sent yet. They still were not sent. I called again and had to threaten icals sent. Dr. Oza apologized and told me she was having problems with her staff and they were also behind in billing and getting insurance approvals for therapy. I think it was at this visit Dr. Oza wanted me to see a heart specialist. The first thing I asked the PA was this doctor in Clay county. Again I received the “I think so”. No, he was also in Jacksonville. 1/11 was to have a Telehealth call @ 2 pm. Neither the doctor or the office called to say she was running late. She calls @ 3PM while I was on a Telehealth call with the surgeons office. No follow-up call from her office. I had my shoulder replaced on 1-13-23. 3/8/23 I called the doctors office and asked to speak with the doctor or PA. I wanted to know if they ever got the approval for the Renflexis. I was told they would call me back ASAP. Well today is 4/14 and I’m writing this review and will be looking for a new doctor!

I have never had a bad experience here. Dr. OZA takes care of everyone like they are part of her family. Her associates are wonderful. You will love the center.

Arthritis & Osteoporosis Treatment Center PA on Kingsley Ave in Orange Park FL is where anyone going through arthritis, etc., AOTC is the office to attend. Excellent staff, under the leadership of Dr. Meera Oza. Everyone are very helpful, professional, and courteous. My appointment went well on 3/23rd. I appreciate Dr. Kollenpare, her professionalism and her concern for my health. Jocelyn is excellent, takes her job very seriously and cares about her patients in the infusion office.

A few months prior and I would have given at least a 4 but doctors come and go! Dr Colon was the best and she is gone. There has been staff turnover and I have had to make more then one call for prescriptions. 11:40 appointment and didn't get out until 2 pm. Won't happen again as I will wait 1 hr and will then leave period end of story. Kudos to Maryanne ARNP and Pinki NP at least they are consistent and always completely present to listen to your concerns.

It is nice to finally have a dr that listens and was able to finally tell my diagnosis after years of trying to get an answer!

Very nice doctors. The nurses that draw the blood are the best. My favorite doctors office hands down.

Staff provides attentive and consistent care. I could not make it thru a day without their attention and assistance.
