My daughter went there Monday to be seen and due to the traffic on Blanding Blvd, she was running about 15 mins late. Upon calling them, telling them she was going to be late, they told her she had to reschedule. Today she goes for her appointment and has spent over 1 and a half hours WAITING to be seen. Now we’ve set back our trip times due to these IGNORANT people’s practices. When I called and spoke with a lady (with perhaps a British accent) about the situation she was rude and didn’t care nor offered an apology. She rudely said to me, “Sorry you’re upset but that’s how it works at every doctors office.” I responded that my daughter and none of my family will ever go back there again she rudely told me, “That’s okay” and I told her I’ll make sure to share our experience on public reviews, she rudely hung up on me! This is a “Medical Professional” with poor business practices, be mindful of the care they provide you with, you may want to consider going elsewhere. I can recommend plenty of other kind and caring health professionals in the area with excellent business practices and understanding staff which you won’t find any of that in this office!

Doctor Beethoven is by far the most caring and patient driven doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He spent probably too much time listening to me complain of all my ailments and quickly developed a treatment plan that if I follow I believe will help me greatly. Doctor Beethoven while being conservative and overly cautious with controlled substances absolutely will not allow you to stay in pain.He is and will continue to be my family doctor. Staff was awesome.

I went in to see him because I didn't have a regular doctor and wanted to get some blood work done to follow up on my anemia. he spent that entire appointment and each one there after telling me multiple times how over weight I was. (I just had a baby by the way) and on the last visit I had before decided not to return, he tried to push weight loss pills AND hormone pills on me! Again, I had just had my second baby and was exclusively breastfeeding... of course my hormone were a little off!
