I had my surgery yesterday. Everyone was so kind and accommodating The nurses were amazing and helpful I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to have surgery.

I have been watching the development of my cataracts for the past 3 years with Dr. Larry Levine. At first it did not seem to be an issue but they told me I would know when it was time when the symptoms got bad. Today I had my first eye done. The Surgery Center was a great place for this procedure. The nursing staff was so kind and professional. The eye surgery went well. The twilight sleep kept me calm and with absolutely no pain. I highly recommend this doctor and facility.

I really cant thank the entire staff enough....oh...on a side note...dr kimberly remembered me from 5 years ago...out of all his everyday patients...Thats personal...and it means a lot...thank you again

The staff and facilities are great at Fleming Island Surgery Center and I was treated with great care.As with some other reviews as far as payment goes I was told one thing and experienced something vastly different. At the time of intake I made payment and specifically asked if what I paid was all I would owe. I was told yes. Several months later I was mailed a bill for several hundred dollars more. When I called the billing office to inquire I was told that the payment made in office was only an estimate. The office offered no discount or other apology but only a payment plan. Some people do not live off of payment plansPlease be aware that you made be told one price up front and then charged several times that initial amount after the fact with no way to dispute or appeal the charges.

I had a colonoscopy procedure and it went well. The staff was very nice and my check in nurse Ginelle was awesome and made me feel at ease. Dr. Roy is awesome. Everything went so smoothly.

I had my first surgery here I was a little nervous but they made it a very easy experience. The nurses and anesthesiologist are great You’re in good hands here

I had a procedure done. I was a little nervous first time for this procedure but I can sincerely say this is definitely an excellent service facility to do business with. An attendent will come out to take your temperature prior to entering. No one but the patient will be allowed to enter so your driver will have to wait in the parking lot or close by. The receptionist will check you in quickly and you will be called into intake to sign any documents. The wait for procedure prep was not long at all. I was greeted with a smile although we were all wearing masks...LOL Made to feel comfortable and ready for the procedure which went extremely well Dr. Roy is awesome and friendly. Michelle is professional funny and a pleasure to talk to. Janelle my recovery nurse was the best and definitely has a great bedside manner and works quickly Not to mention the center will do a follow up call to check on your recovery appreciate it I highly recommend this center if this place does any of the procedures you may need

I had a procedure scheduled thru borland and groover and instead of letting me know what my copay would be before the procedure I received a bill for over $700 after the fact. If I would have known that I would have scheduled it somewhere else. Bad business practice
