Absolutely worst office staff ever. Refills on maintenance meds takes well over a week. The only way you can get anything done with them is if you make numerous phone calls waiting on hold for 15 to 30 minutes before anyone answers. Once you are on the phone they rush you and don't listen to what you even say. I only stayed at this office because one of the Drs but that no longer is worth it when I'm out of medication for well over a week with myself and the pharmacy reaching out many times.

My daughter wasn't allowed to see THE DOCTOR. Massive back pain had her in tears, the Physicians Assistant took charge though. Told her to go to a Chiropractor! Really? With back pain you have no idea where it is? And then let her leave in the condition she was in?? Shame on you!

If you want results of any testing done you have to wait months. They tell you everything was normal. When you go to your Cardio doctors they tell you that is was far from normal. The staff is very lazy at helping you find your results. If I had the correct diagnosis my health issues wouldnt be where they are now.
