Every time I call her office , they put you on hold forever. I’m on hold now and it’s been 17 minutes. I came online to get ahold of them but can only leave a message so “ I’m cancelling my appointment and will find another neurologist! I will never be back!,

So, you don't have a problem with my brother dying, while refusing to help me get the strange requirements you have before getting him an appointment. They've sent you his Neurology records TWICE, and still won't make an appointment. YOUR staff member said they haven't gotten them. My brother is dying. He's had two strokes, one of which sent him into a seizure, and I can't get help from your office. They act like they couldn't care less. You have the referral. And don't tell me, like your staff did, that it can take 5-7 days for a fax, that is just not true. I'm trying to get him any other option, but odds are, it won't be soon enough. What is wrong with you people??

I'm very disappointed in this office. I called and made an appointment, and then went into the hospital so I canceled my appointment. Well I called to make an appointment but was told that I can not be seen because I was a patient with a doctor that I seen 3years ago. I went to him one time and changed to another doctor. My doctor retired and was looking for a new one. My insurance doesn't accept many doctors. Bad for business, I will not recommend that office 😤

Was a very good visit. My wait time was nothing. I just sat down and they came out to get me. Dr Pierre was very nice and professional .

I have been seeing Dr. Pierre for over a year & I love her. She is great with a fantastic "bedside" manner. She has also been wonderful for the condition which I have been to see her. I would recommend her & her office to people for treatment.

Dr Pierre is one of the most patient and kind Dr's I have ever met. She thoroughly explains everything to you the way you can understand. She is the best.

Dr Pierre was very professional and listened to all of my concerns. I left her office knowing the path was clear going forward with my diagnosis.

I love the staff, which is very good with my twin sister, who has cerebral palsy and sometimes this can make things hard for her but she fine with every one in the office that has helped with her care. I would recommend Dr Pierre to anybody,she is great and make sure her patients get the very best care for their needs.
