Avoid due to horrible nurse staff. Unresponsive and actually hung up multiple times on my daughter when she called. Find somebody else with a decent support staff.

I found Dr Moore to be very kind and personable. What I liked the most is that he always comes in the room prepared for my visit without a laptop or tablet and is able to talk and listen without distractions. Many of my doctors nowadays are too busy typing away on the computer while Im trying to talk to them. Ive been a patient for about 7 years now and highly recommend.

Do not see this doctor. My husband went in for a vasectomy. When the doctor injected him with lidocaine he immediatley went to work and did not give time for him to get numb. He felt him pulling the tubes out and everything. He mentioned he could feel it yet the doctor did not stop. Once he got to the other side the doctor says you probably are numb now right?. My husband was close to passing out hes a tough guy when it comes to pain with a high pain tolerance. He has driven hiself to the ER with appendicitis before and nothing compared to the pain he experienced with Dr.Moore. This is unacceptable and unnecessary. I come from a 20 year dental clinical background and I know how local anesthesia works. We numb our patients and give them 10 minutes or more to be fully numb. If they feel what were doing we stop and give them more before proceeding. All it takes is extra time to make sure the patient is not in pain. Ladies do not send your husband to this doctor

I was referred to Dr. Moore as he was recommended by my primary care physician. I found him to be very intelligent and knowledgeable. He is very direct and to the point but did draw pictures and explain things very well. I felt like he listened and every time I have seen him he makes a point of asking if I have any other questions or concerns before the visit is over. I am told he is very highly regarded in the community. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. My one complaint is that it is very difficult to get through on the phone.

Highly recommend for vasectomy. Dr Moore made me feel very comfortable and I barely felt a thing.

Dr Moore seemed competent when he performed a digital prostate exam and he confirmed an abnormality of prostate shape that had been first detected by a colorectal surgeon. He later did a biopsy of my prostate which went well and upon pathology review showed cancer. He recommended that I go to Terk Oncology for a consult and possible treatment. I had external beam radiation treatments there which may have eliminated the cancer but it is too early to tell after a year and a half. However the treatment significantly damaged by rectum and I may never get over that. When I came back to Dr. Moore for a suggested followup he basically did nothing except charge for the office visit. No real discussion no exam nothing. I was disappointed in that and wont be back.

The communications at this office is very lacking. Office staff needs a more professional and understanding approach. Had to persist get scan results 2 days later. Update Went back for additional procedure and staff was very helpful. Doctor Moore Nurse are very good. Would recommend.

Top notch in every regard

I have been seeing Dr. Moore for several years. He is friendly knowledgeable and very professional. The office personnel are always pleasant and efficient . His medical assistants have always been very nice and thoughtful . Dr. Moore will explain treatments discuss options and is easy to talk with. As a patient I am very pleased with the care that I have received .
