Cristina Luciano's Online Review Report Card

Didn't really listen to me. Pretty vague in explanations. Ordered a cancer screening and when I followed up the receptionist was incredibly rude and actually questioning me. She had no results, as they were supposed to be in. Only took my phone number and said they would call back - yeah, fat chance. Urgent care gave me my results on sight. I hope I don't die, but I really, REALLY hope I'm not left waiting and wondering.

I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer Brown, APRN or the entire office staff. They are always so kind and helpful. Hands down the best doctors office. They are compassionate and listen and always a joy to be around. Which is a plus when you don’t feel well. 10/10 they are great

I have been with this clinic since the summer of '21. I have been treated and seen by Jennifer Brown, the Nurse practitioner, and she is nothing short of amazing. She is very thorough in her analyses, and attentive to every detail. She explains all of her findings in a way that is very easy to digest, and answers all my questions and concerns every time, assigning the best treatment and prescriptions for my health issues. I feel very comfortable and at peace knowing that I am under her care. Thank You for all of your help Jennifer!

Got me in quickly listened to me. Within 2 days my pain was under control.

I was told there is one doctor here and she will be overwhelmed and yell at people if she had more than two patients per week, that employees would be "in trouble" if appointments were scheduled so I would not be able to see Dr Luciano [ever?]. I was also told that they would just use my printed name they had on a post-it note as my "approval and signature" as they needed on any documents or release forms. How is that legal? This place doesn't seem put together yet, much less professional. It was wild, a little scary what someone with a clipboard can get away with these days. I will not be back. Seriously, do not go here.

I was having migraine headache surgery and Dr. Luciano told my surgeon to give me local injections instead of putting me under a general anesthetic. I had been going to her for a long time and I was really surprised when she told the surgeon that. I was cut from ear to ear across my forehead and the surgery was so painful. When I asked her about that, she said she gets lots of phone calls. This was totally inexcusable.

She is awesome! she is mine and my husbands primary care doctor and a wonderful caring woman who practices medicine because she cares about people and this is what we love about her! there are so few doctors who are in it for the caring and the desire to truly help people with their medical issues. She has gone to part time ... which is rightfully deserved after all the years she has put into this profession. I will be very sad when the day comes that she no longer practices because she is irreplaceable as a doctor to us!

Dr Luciano has been my doctor, my husband's, and son's doctor for many years. She is the most caring, personable, professionally correct doctor I have encountered.

Horrible if you expect her to go out of her way to treat an emergency. Get real doctor that cares and is more than a diploma.

I'm sure she's a good doctor, but I"ve been calling the office since 7/25/17, till today 8/7/17. Trying to see if , there was any available room, that she could let me transfer my records there, since my family doctor for years has since moved. I've yet to have a live person answer a phone. I've left my info. on there answer machine 3 times, the last one , I just ask if they could give me a yes or no. Trying to get records transferred, before doctor moved with them. STILL NO ANSWER.
