David Bargnesi's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunate experience I saw the doctor 4 times in one month to be told I no longer have a kidney stone. Each visit he spoke with me for less than 2 minutes. The truth was the stone was not visible on the latest image. I certainly still had a large stone that was removed by another urologist after seeking a second opinion. I felt he was interested in treating the stone not the patient. Disappointed in his bedside manner. So happy I found another doctor to remove my stone. One positive note the nurses in the office are very friendly and helpful.

Disorganized front desk and reception area asked twice for information that was previously provided. After short doctor’s visit did not followup in calling in prescription for over one week.

Horrible bedside manner. Was very rude about the fact my doctor should have not sent me to him because he does not deal with my issue Im not a doctor I did not request the referral then told me to come back in 3 months if I want.... For what? Insurance money... Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

Very professional staff. Was seen within 10 min of appt time. Dr Bargnesi was very up to date on current practices and procedures. Was easy to talk with and understanding without being condescending.

I had a kidney stone in the middle of the night EEK1 had to go to the hospital to get relief. They told me to follow up with a urologist the next day. I decided to go with Dr. Bargnesi in my network and I knew of him from OP hospital where I volunteer. He solved my problem by telling me to use beer therapy which would cause me to urinate more more quickly. Nice guy.

I have worked as his medical assistant and he is great to work with. He is personable with his patients. One of the best doctors I have worked for. If he ever needs an CMA he can call me it would be an honor to work with him again.

He is great Another urologist had told me I needed a uteroscopy ASAP and I was at high risk for kidney damage. I smelled a rat and so I came to Dr. Bargnesi for a second opinion. He said my stone was very low risk hmm.... and gave me my options. We chose to be conservative so he prescribed me Rapaflo and the stone passed PAINLESSLY. Uh yeah Id say that was much better than spending money on unnecessary O.R. procedures. His staff is great too. Highly trustworthy and recommended.

TREATED IN OPMC ER. IN EXTREEM PAIN FROM BLOCKED URETER DUE TO SCAR TISSUE FROM PREVIOUS SURGERY AND RADIATION. DR. BARGNESI PROMPTLY OPENED THE URETER AND DRAINED MY BLADDER. THE PAIN WAS RELIEVED IMMEDIATELY AND I WAS ABLE TO RETURN HOME. WILL SEE HIM AGAIN ON TOMOROW. HE IS A NONONSENSE DOCTOR WHO KNEW WHAT TO DO AND DID IT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANOTHER PATIENT. HIS RELATIONSHIP TO HIS PATIENT WAS EXCELLENT AND SHOWED GREAT CONCERN FOR HIS PATIENT CHARLES E. DORR

I found Dr. Bargnesi to have an excellent manner in the way he interacted with the patient. He seems very approachable. He was friendly and professional. The person identified as his assistant was very pleasant and professional. The receptionist was very polite and businesslike. The only concern I had was having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.

I had two appts there. There first time the receptionist handed me back someone elese drivers lic. and credit card and had given mine to another woman. scheduling a follow up appt was difficult at best and when I got there I waited 115 minutes before the receptionist started questioning why the Dr wasnt in yet. She called hospital abd found that he was in a procedure and had told her the prior day he wouldnt be in and to reschedule my appt. Ooops she hadnt checked her messages. This wouldnt have been such a big deal if I didint have a 2 hour round trip drive. She even wanted me to come back the next a.m. Told her I didnt have enough time off from work or gas money to keep playing games. Never went back. Dr may know what hes doing but thanks to staff well never know. BTW still have kidney stones.
