List of Elizabeth Wonpat Md's Reviews
I went to Dr. Wonpat in 2010 for severe pain that caused me to become immobile and forced me to stop all physical activities when I was in 10th grade. She talked about herself the entire time, bragging about her military service. She hardly spoke of the reason I was there in the first place. She told me to just lose weight, as a teenager weighing around 135lbs, as if I was immobilized due to a few extra pounds, again going into detail about her own personal medical history. She is very self-absorbed. She shamed pregnant teens to my sister and I when she asked for a prescription for birth control to help with her acne. I look back at our interactions with anger and disgust. She was the first medical professional I went to about my debilitating leg and back pain, and it made me put off getting a proper diagnosis for almost 10 years, in which time I could've treated the advancement of my disease. She should not be trusted with anyone's medical needs.
My fiancé’s mother was treated by Dr. Wonpat a couple months ago. She has zero regard or respect for patient care whatsoever. Doesn’t take even the slightest of time to answer or go over any questions or concerns. Rolled her eyes at my mother in law the entire time of her visit, and could be heard cursing and yelling obscenities from across halls. How this woman received a medical degree is beyond me. She is the most vile physician any of us have come in contact with. Not to any surprise at all, the numerous times we’ve told our friends and acquaintances about our experiences with this woman, someone always seems to know who she is. This woman is very well known within the orange park and Fleming Island area. This weekend my mother in laws experience came up in conversation at a friends of ours house... and her 18 year old daughter who works at an eatery in town knew exactly who we were talking about. Told us she is an absolute nightmare to staff and everyone always!
Terrible experience. Went to her with complaints of extreme pain. She was rude, and dismissive. Did not examine me, ignored my heart rate of 130 and elevated blood pressure telling me it was because I was overweight. Stating " eat a salad and take a walk". Among other extremely rude comments. In less than a week i was admitted to the hospital with septic infection. She was flippant about my hospitalization, and vaguely threatening when confronted about her dismissive attitude. She also ordered unnecessary consults while I was in the hospital resulting in exorbitant medical bills. It would take another year before seeing someone else in her office that finally addressed my concerns. Referring me to the appropriate care. Would not recommend her to anyone.
Dr Wonpat was critical in saving my wife’s life while at Orange Park Medical Center ! She was an excellent Dr and listened to what my wife had to say and helped in determining the correct diagnoses! She is ex-military and her and my husband were both paratroopers in the 82nd !! We loved her outgoing personality!!
A wonderful personality and is kind towards her patients. Is professional and discusses problems diagnosed in detail so one can understand.
Doc is "good troops". She's played in the sandbox and put herself thru need school. If ur military you know what I'm saying, if ur not she is simply one of the best this old corpsman has seen. I was in hospital for a "heart event" and she figured a really nasty sinus infection (which I kept trying to tell the child Docs treating me). Wonderful, wonderful woman and Dr.
Excellent doctor!
The lady knows her business and isn't shy about telling you what your issue is. I'd go back to her in a split minute. SHE LISTENS.
Awesome down to earth doctor. Loved her.
Dr. Wonpat is extremely caring, knowledgeable, modern physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
