This person saw my intellectually disabled son, did not phone his parents, medical proxy, or anyone, and just discharged him. Within 2 hours my son was back at an ER and being readmitted to a different hospital due to multiple seizures that this doctor was informed about. He refused to talk to the patients' representatives. This person (I can't even call him a doctor anymore) just disregarded requested testing and repeated requests for help for my son. Now my son is in yet another hospital, and we are still trying to figure out what is going on. Due to the person's negligence in listening to the patient's representatives, my son was placed in danger. You should not be practicing medicine.

My elderly mother was seen by Dr. Martin at St. Vincent's Riverside and we were very pleased. Dr. Martin answered all our questions and explained what was going on with moms care and what procedures she would be having. Dr. Martin made my mom laugh and calmed her anxieties! Thanks Dr. Martin for the wonderful care you provided our mother. Nobles and Heffner family

Dr Gaines I cant really say how he did all I know is he sent me a bill and didn't bother to send it though my insurance. I dont even remember him at all ,and since he didn't use my insurance BCBS his bill ddidn't get paid and won't get paid unless he runs the bill though my insurance.

I had an unfortunate illness, and went to the hospital. I am grateful that Dr. Martin was my doctor. He explained all the things going on thoroughly and in simple terms I could understand. Thank you, Dr. Martin!

My son in law was seen by Dr. Martin at Orange Park Medical Center and was humiliated and disrespected before he was even evaluated. Dr. Martin was rude, uncaring and assumed he was either on drugs or mentally ill. Shame on you Dr. Martin, you shouldn't even be allowed to practice in the medical field.

My son in law was seen by Dr. Martin at Orange Park Medical Center and was humiliated and insulted. Dr. Martin assumed he was on drugs or mentally ill without even evaluating him. He was unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. I have never seen a professional act in this way ever in my life. Dr. Martin should not even be allowed to practice.
