This Office is a joke I arrived and checked in today at 3:14pm for a 3:45pm appointment made a month and a half in advance they asked for $200 upfront and as Im writing this review Im still waiting in the waiting room well over an hour later 🤔**Edit**One week later they are trying to charge me an additional $200 and I haven't even been back or scheduled a follow up?! so $400 total for wasting 2 hours of my time and trying to get me to shell out another $1200 for an Endoscopy that a previous reviewer almost died from? I'd give this place no stars if I could they are scummy and unprofessional.

I had a colonoscopy performed in April 2021 at the Fleming Island Surgery Center under General Anastasia at Dr Kimberley's advice. When I awoke the nurse told me they had to do a life saving procedure from " laryngospasm" that occurred. Dr Kimberly never spoke with me about what happed and more disturbing was that nothing was noted in my chart or follow up mailings about the procedure they had to perform and why? I had had Anastasia before with no issues. I ended up later that same day going to a walk-in clinic and leaving with a Z-Pac for early Pneumonia caused by service. I called his office several times and he would never return my calls. I still do not know what happened to me and why? Very unprofessional as well as Flemings Island Surgery who provided the anesthesiologist. Go some where they care would be my advise!

Best gastroenterologist I have ever met - hands down! I've been to several, including those in BG and one outside. Dr. Kimberly is the first one I've met that says what he means and means what he says and is compassionate. The last visit we had was during CoVid-19 but was in-office. It was not rushed and I still felt like a patient, not a number. He talked about my surgery 2 months ago that helped clear up some issues that affected my GI tract and I was able to discontinue a medication that he prescribed. He was very happy for me. I would recommend him to anyone who is tired of doctors acting like God and just want someone to listen. He will continue to be my GI as long as he is in practice.

I would not recommend this place. They are money hungry and just want to stuff pills down your throat. They over charge me everytime I come in for an appt. Than takes months to get my money back. I get a call once a week for money I technically do not owe but was something the Dr didn't put in correctly with insurance. They tell me I am not having acid reflux but I'm on my bravo testing says I'm having acid reflux. I feel like these type of places don't actually listen to a patient and just categorize everyone the same instead of actually listening to them. Stay away from here. They suck.

Sometimes it's hard to find a really good, knowledgeable doctor who also has a great bedside manner and spends time with the patient. Dr. Kimberly is all that. I would highly recommend going to him. He spent so much time with me and answered all of my questions and never once made me feel rushed or unimportant. He even took the time to ask about my cost for drugs to ensure he put me on something affordable. I'm very happy that I went to see him!!

Dr Kimberly and all the staff at Fleming Island Surgery Center are top notch. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Kimberly is the best physician I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen many! I had a very serious problem with swallowing from an esophagus condition and with a combination of several dilating procedures and with some medication adjustments it it so much better. I’ve had to wait up to an hour for some visits but no wait at all for others but on the flip side he has seen me (and other family members) on an urgent basis and has a long wait time to get a new visit because he is in high demand.

Dr Kimberly was highly recommended to me by a very close friend. All I can say is I am thankful and I will do the same. I highly recommend Dr Kimberly because he is a very good doctor.

Dr Kimberly is an excellent physician with an outstanding bedside manner. He was very concerned about my physical ailments and how they affected me emotionally. He made me feel so comfortable and fixed my issues. I am so happy to have him as my doctor I know he will always do his best to cure and care for me in the future.

Dr Kimberley has one of the best personalities I've lately to deal with. He's very knowledged and caring. Truly listens to what you as a patient has to sayThe office staff is not the same you feel as if you've created them a grave inconvienience
