I have so much appreciation for Dr. Heizmann and her entire team! I had a very routine procedure but I was terrified. She never minimized my feelings and made me feel comfortable and included the entire time (a month) I've been speaking with her. Accommodating is an understatement. It truly felt like there was nothing she wouldn't have done to provide a little bit more comfort or insight when I was asking my rolodex of off the wall questions. Her and her colleagues were fantastic and I am so grateful that they were taking care of me. All of the nurses I had were nothing less than spectacular and Alexis was such a huge help. I wish I could remember all of their names so I could go over each of them individually but they all provided a very one on one, caring and effective experience. The next time something is wrong with me I know who to call, thank you again for all you do and for your amazing team Dr Heizmann!

I really like Dr Heizmann. She made surgery seem easy and the incisions she made were minimal for a lump removal and twelve lymph nodes. Also, she put in my port for chemotherapy. She is very personable and takes the time, unhurried to answer all of your questions.

Dr. HEIZMANN literally saved my life. If it wasn’t for her, I obviously wouldn’t be doing this survey right now. She and other doctors ( Dr Barnes, Dr. Ena & Dr Mohammed) were at my bedside every morning (and also sometimes during the day) tending to all my medical needs and answering all my questions. When you’ve gone through an unexpected horrific tragedy, as I have…it was comforting to have Dr Heizmann’s great bed manners…as well as her team.

I was told weeks ago I needed emergency surgery. She has had my tests back for 2 weeks and hasn't even looked at them.

I needed immediate care. The infection on the back of my head started moving down my neck before she could treat me. I had to go to a Dr that removed the infection immediately. That was 4 days before Dr Heizmann would do it. The delay has caused another swelling where the infection had moved while I waiting.

I been with Doctors since 2019 , I had one surgery in that year, then been exposed to 5 Doctors as primary or specialist, Dr Julia in first meeting and examine … I felt very comfortable and trusting all what she’s going to do in my coming surgery, The Surgant before her, was Heart Surgant also in Jacksonville, I will not mention his name ( now) …. He made a decision to do big HEART OPERATION to me , when I’m ready .. ((( BUT I NEVER MEET HIM EVER DURING 90 DAYS VISITING HIS CLINICE DOING MANY TYPES OF WORK IN MY CONDITIONING))) I have all the documents. Bottom line … DR JULIA HAVE A GOOD HEART AND VERY HONEST DOCTOR.. I BELIEVE IN HER. Amin Yehia Freeman
