List of Kayla Fazio's Reviews
Very professional. Took time to listen and address all my issues. Caring and compassionate provider. She’s gone above and beyond to help get my health back on track. Highly recommend.
My wife and I have been going here for about 4-5 years, and while Dr Fazio seems nice enough, her office and practice lack the maturity and professionalism required to be in charge another humans health. I had a problem with my neck in 2019 and went in, was told I needed xrays. I got the xrays personally and delivered them and on my next annual physical Dr. Fazio told me there were some xrays for me to pick up. Meanwhile I couldn't reach her office and ended up going elsewhere for my care. Today my wife had an appointment for a follow up on a lump in her breast. This started 6 months ago and she has been for a monogram. The appointment was at an imaging center which has sent the paperwork to Dr. Fazio three times. Today my wife anxiously showed up to have the follow up done, and the order still hasn't been signed by Fazio. My wife went to the office once during the time between the first mammogram and now, and Dr. Fazio assured her she would get the paperwork back. Today the imaging center turned my wife away because after multiple attempts to get anyone me at Fazio's office to respond they could not. When a woman is dealing with a lump in her breast and endures six months of anxiety, she deserves better care than the disregard her office shows. This seems to be the Baptist network way.
Wonderful doctor. Takes her time and listens to all of your concerns. Very proactive!
Good evening Dr. Kayla Fazio, You may not know my husband's name until you look my chart up. We are formally filing a complaint against you and your office staff member Amy. We have been with you for years and you still do not know our names. We told you multiple times that we are medical professionals and understand everything you say. Your staff member Amy is the rudest person every time we visit you. She denied our child being seen because of an insurance card and we were there the week before. You as a doctor as a whole took the oath of do no harm. You used myself as a guinea pig for headache and anxiety medications as I am not taking anything currently because I was tired of you not listening to me. I advised I got all of the side effects and your response was to just try the medication for a week, after I told you of the violent symptoms I was going through. Every time my husband comes into the office you over speak and treat him as if he is less than. Could it be because of his skin tone??? As you don't treat me or our children the same way... While my husband was in the office today, there was no reason to be dismissive and rude. On top of that there was ABSOLUTELY NO reason for Amy to leave her area and step behind my husband. You have lost our respect as a medical professional and our business. We have located another physician who will proudly accept our business and treat us like the humans we are. You may feel like we are beneath you and can't afford care but you do not realize the voice of one person can make a difference. Sincerely Teletha Jones and BTW HIS NAME IS MARCUS JONES (for those who couldn't read it from behind you) Side note I wish I could do negative stars!
Dr Fazio is the definition of medical apartheid. Multiple conversations about her conduct towards my wife and I being unprofessional. She decided to lean it ..so her and receptionist Amy have been reported Amy to Baptist and Dr Fazio to the Florida board of licensing..so doctor I hope being decidedly callous towards me was worth it. Because I have receipts and they your malpractice insurance is up to date..
Dr. Fazio is great. Every doctor that has been at this location takes their time to explain everything. I never feel rushed.
I reported her to the state licensing board ..enough said.you can email if you want specifics. She sucks period
Dr. Fazio listens to my husband and I about his heath concerns and needs she is on the ball with his health issues we think she is a really caring doctor. Despite some people thinking because she is young she shouldn't see older adults that is so not true! My husband is 69 he says he is well pleased with Dr. Fazio . He use to see Dr. Quinn as well but is very happy with Dr. Fazio .
I love Dr.Fazio and her team! When Dr.Quinn left I was sad and was a little worried but who would handle my health concerns but Dr. Fazio really listened and understood me and created a good health plan for my diabetes going forward. Cris is my favorite! She’s always so professional and down to earth and gets back to me quickly if I have any issues with medications or questions. I’m happy to have a wonderful healthcare provider who I trust :). -Alyssa H.
Very young. Very eager to tell you what SHE knows, instead of listening to the patient. She talked over me when I was trying to tell her my concerns. I miss Dr. Quinn. 😔

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
