This office tried to make it seem like my elderly Mother in Law had written down the wrong appointment date and when she called them on it they admitted that they overscheduled and failed to call her. What kind of professional office does this??

This practice is outstanding. Dr. Stephens is remarkable. Dan is extraordinary and exceptional. Cathy is very knowledgeable and delightful. Susan is caring, pleasant, compassionate, uderstanding and patient.

An hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment time and I still haven’t been seen. Deplorable and unacceptable service. I’ve been a patient for a long time too. Call before I get in the office and let me know.

New skid resistant metal plates on the walk ramp makes it nearly impossible for my mother to get her walker up the ramp. New tablets they want you to fill out a million questions EVERY visit now .. shouldn't they do their own questions and charting? We arrived 20 minutes ago and are finally up the ramp and 'checked in ' with their new system. Am sure we will have to wait another 15-20 mins to be seen now since outlr appointment was at 9am and it took so long to check in.

Dr Stephens does whatever is needed to help his patients and is very agreeable.👍👨💼 Reading other comments it sounds like Pat the officer manager needs to go and is a problem.😱😡😬🤭😦😧😮😲😵
