I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for over 15yrs now and every psychiatrist I have been to has just thrown medications at me without listening to me. Dr Zafar took the time to talk to me and listened to everything I said. He explained how my brain was working in a way that made total sense! 3months and people around me keep telling me how I am a totally different person now! My friends will not have a party without me being there! All due to this amazing doctor!

Should not be treating patients. Avoid this “doctor” at all costs. He is in NYC now. He prescribed sleep medication for me that made my depression and anxiety 1000x worse and didn’t even ask if i was on other medications. Very rude, abrupt and condescending.
