Dr. Rushes and is not caring. Did not answer my question about the blood test from last visit. Sent. Prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Called staff about blood test charges and prescriptions and got no response. Left messages.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gatla for the past 5 years and recommend her and her office. The staff promptly returns calls and address concerns. Using telehealth is a bonus too!

Since my last post I feel that the Dr. and staff is doing much better. The Dr is taking the time and listening to me and getting refilled done when I need them. The staff is very helpful and its giving messages with call backs. I would give good words to anyone that would ask me. Keep up the great work.
