Loved this doctor and office but they joined a firm and all the sudden stopped taking my insurance, wanting me to pay full expenses out of pocket. And in middle of treatment. Just want everyone to know you are only valued as a patient with money! So disappointed and angry! They don't even deserve the one star!

so i’ve tried for a week and a half to call in for an appointment and each day they said to call the next day so i continued to do that until i was finally put through i talked to the lady and told her that i had previously called in for an appointment and was told to have my doctor fax my ultrasound information to them so i did and my doctor faxed everything and they even called to let me know it was confirmed so you know she asks more standard questions and then puts me on hold for 20 minutes only to tell me they LOST it. so now i have to go through this whole thing again and i’m probably just gonna contact a new one cause i’ve been trying to get an appointment for almost 2 weeks at this place this is ridiculous!

Dr. McCauley is an exceptional obgyn and I feel very lucky to have found him. I was experiencing abnormal mistrial pain and he listened carefully to my complaints, did testing, helped me through a tough time and found large cysts on both ovaries that had to be surgically removed. The whole time I really felt very well cared for and like he was think of my needs, not just now, but long term. Fantastic doctor.

Terrible bed side manner. Downplayed my pain; turns out I had an ovarian cyst that was rupturing and he sent me home and said to take Advil. I ended up at urgent care and then finally in the emergency room.

He needs a bedside manner refresher course. I missed ONE prenatal appt last month and he says to me (after waiting an entire hour past my appt time and a 20 second exam to make sure I'm measuring healthy for my baby's gestational age) "If I start caring more about your baby than you do, I'll have to drop you as a patient." He continued w/a few more lecturing words. I left the exam room and immediately switched to another doctor.
