Dr. Ferrer-Bruker is amazing!!!!! She is extremely kind and I have always had the best experience during appointments, which we know are not always " easy". Cannot recommend her and her office more, from checking in through the procedure and checking out, everything was seamless. Thank you for taking such care of my skin!!!

Recently started using Dr Ferrer as my dermatologist after moving to the St Augustine area. The level of care is excellent and all the staff are great and helpful.

I had already seen a couple derms in JAX regarding some issues I was having that had yet to be resolved, and decided to make an appt with Bold City since I heard great things about Dr. Bruker from some friends. First off, the office is super cute, clean and new, and located in a convenient retail center next to the Publix (which is always a +). Upon arrival, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the wait time was minimal (compared to my other doctors, where I'm expected to wait 30+ minutes just to get into the exam room). Dr. Bruker was very attentive and approachable, and made me feel at ease when discussing issues that were somewhat uncomfortable. She spent the time with me to examine and ask me the right questions, and as a result, I'm completely healed from the issues I was having. This is a true testament to how talented of a diagnostician she is. 5 stars all the way!! I cannot recommend a better dermatologist and office.

She is efficient, fast, and caring. Would like to have spent a bit more time to get answers to some general questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Sarah Ferrer-Bruker at Bold City Dermatology for a couple months now and it’s time for a review. My first thought is that she is an authentically nice and decent person. Personable, thoughtful, and extremely competent. She knows more about Dermo that any clinician I have encountered. She can be directive when necessary, but also listens well, explains diagnoses and treatment options, and works with patients for suitable treatment. Her staff is impressive as well in their professionalism, empathy, and competency. I also want to acknowledge her front desk person Bree (possibly the office manager) who is exceptional. She possesses great empathy for patients, is proactive, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. The practice (physical space) is pristine and presents as an extremely pleasant environment. I value Bold City Dermo and although I live a few miles from local dermatologists, it is worth my 50 miles round trip drive to see Dr. Ferrer. Most strongly recommended! Eliot Kohn

This starts over a year ago. I had a skin infection that another dermatologist had tried to fix for a year. It caused me a lot of pain. On my first visit to Dr. Ferrer Bruker, she made a different diagnosis and prescribed a different medicine. She also prescribed medication for the pain. It was gone in a day and the disease was gone by the end of the prescribed treatment. My wife was impressed enough that she switched to Dr. Ferrer Bruker. Even though she has moved to St. Augustine, It's worth the 1 & 1/2 hour drive (each way) to continue to see her.
