Dr Sauer seems to love each and every one of her patients and cares about them. She listens to the parents concerns and seems very knowledgeable on new medications and treatments. My kids don't mind going to see the doctor because she is nice, sweet and talks to them and makes them feel comfortable with asking her questions too. We love her and will go to which ever office she is at just to see her.

At first, we loved Dr. Sauer, she was warm and very practical. I was disappointed to see her attitude change over the past year, now she seems rushed, distracted, and sometimes down right rude. Her office staff has always been pretty cold and inconsiderate, the wait time is ridiculous and getting worse, and they seem incapable of reading a chart and knowing what was said or done at your last visit. I hate switching doctors so I am very disappointed but everything about the office has become intolerable.
