He is extremely rude. After getting emotional one session, with my crying baby in tow, he raised his voice to me and asked why I even come. He pushes medications unrelated to your issues and does not get to know you. He needs to get out of this profession and have his license revoked. He is obviously in it for the money as I see no compassion in him. Terrible bedside manner and poor excuse for a doctor.

I met Dr Khokhar at OPMC , inpatient . He treated me very kindly and listened well . He definitely knows psychiatry and I feel confident he made sound adjustments to my meds . I am planning on going to him for ongoing care . Great Dr . all around , I'd say .

Pick another doctor. The worst doctor you can pick. He doesn't listen and pushes medications that have nothing to do with your condition.

Poor excuse for a doctor. Extremely rude and zero compassion for patients. He does not attempt to get to know you at all and will call you names during casual conversation. Absolutely the most rude Dr. I have every come across, and literally yelled at me one session because I was hesitant to take pills he prescribed, rather than explaining to me and helping me understand why they would help me. He does not know how to talk to patients who struggle with mental issues, which is unacceptable since that is what he does. He needs to be fired.

Frequently talked down to me and directly insulted my wife and me. Often long waiting times as he books appointments despite being down the street at the hospital. Has no interest in keeping patients or apologizing for the frequent tardiness and suggests that the patient reschedule, only for the situation to repeat. I can’t fathom how a doctor can be so openly negative to any patient, never mind a patient suffering from anxiety and depression. As he has a revolving door type of situation with new patients coming constantly from the hospital, he simply cannot care if you leave his practice. I have encountered accomplished surgeons with much less of an ego than Dr. Khokar. With all of the negative reviews on various websites, it will be your own fault if you still choose to see him. Good luck.
