My wife has called every single day for the past three weeks to try to schedule an appointment since we just recently moved to Oakleaf. I mean every single day! And they have never not once answered. Or returned a single call It’s laughable really. If they no longer have any desk or phone staff they should at least state that on the phone operator and make you schedule in person only. How does this place even run?

Made an appointment Almost 2 months ago to be seen & show up for my 9:30 am appointment 20 minutes early walk up to the door it’s locked walked into doctors office next door to be informed they haven’t been in office for 2 weeks no call no email nothing my health is important needed to get my annual check up this is ridiculous! Trying to get awnsers to some health issues now I have no idea when I will be able to get another appointment to meet my schedule.

I have been trying to make an appointment for a week now. Nobody answers the phone and whenever I try to leave a message it says that the mailbox is full. Not a good service

Worst service ever! I have never had this much trouble trying to reach someone to get an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and I have not been able to get a call back. I work the same business hours this place is open and it’s hard to get a chance to call them. I have stated in my voicemail several times for someone to call me back at a certain time so that way I’m actually available to answer! I will be looking for a new OB. This is absolutely ridiculous

Amanda Atchou was a pleasure to speak with and see. She was comforting in a very difficult situation and answered every question I had. She took the time out of her day to go above and beyond on multiple occasions. I will continue going here as long as I can.

Dr Powers is the VERY BEST. Anyone would be very blessed to have him as their Dr. I felt very comfortable knowing I had him to care for my every need. Highly recommended.

Literally has the worse phone service ever! You get hung up on more than actually get on the phone with any person and expect to be called back or within 24hours NEVER get called back than you receive hours of holding just to get hung up on

The entire staff from the front desk to the doctors and every person in between are very helpful and courteous. They are always on time and never make you wait, which seems to be a rarity with doctors’ offices these days. High level of care and professionalism all around.

Very friendly staff and I absolutely love Dr. Morphet!!! He is extremely thorough and actually takes the time to ask questions, listen and makes you feel like you matter.
