What is the use of coming in 15-20 mins earlier than your appointment time if you’re going to wait 1-2 hours to be seen? They need to do better with scheduling and getting people in line.I would have switched OB’s if not for the wonderful Dr. Atchoo, she’s amazing.
💗 Dr Powers & his nurse KatieAlways receive excellent care!
My first Pregnancy with Dr. Shah was great! However I have no energy to continue visiting this office this go round. You have to literally sit aside a hour of your day just to talk to a rep to schedule an appointment which is ridiculous! I have had 3 appointment be scheduled and then cancelled the day before. This time the excuse was it’s too early for me to get an ultrasound when I’m 15 weeks pregnant … like what ? When I was pregnant with my daughter I had atleast 3 ultrasounds by this time, 1 being at 16weeks to determine gender. They went from the best place to the worst off in my opinion. Always over scheduling themselves. My first appointment was at 10 I did not get seen until 11:42. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone anymore
My pregnancy experience was awesome I definitely chose the right place.although Amanda became my midwife towards the end of my pregnancy she was great and very understanding .
I've been trying to get a hold of the office for a week now to reschedule an appointment. One of the days I was on hold and was told through the operator that I was 4th in line. Then, I was hung up on. When I called back it said the office was closed when it was only 2:37pm. Hours says they close at 5pm. Today I tried calling again after a few days of calling and I got hung up on or when it was finally my turn there was nothing but complete silence on the other side. My doctor and the staff are great in person but the office needs to do better with answering the phones. The reason for my call is to reschedule an appointment that was set but canceled a few minutes later but I was never informed that it was canceled. When I got there on the date and time of the appointment the lady told me it was canceled for some reason and she is not sure why no one called me to let me know. Please answer the phone guys, I dont have a way to go up there just to set up an appointment that can be done over the phone or If there is anyway I got do it online let me know. Thanks!
I went here for my first exam since I’ve moved to Jacksonville and this place was great. I did not feel out of place or uncomfortable at all. I am planning on getting my birth control rod out of my arm and they were even able to look at it and tell that it would be easy to be taken out! That eased my mind a ton!
Dr Shah and Nichole are hands down the most professional, caring and genuine health care providers. I have been with dr shah for at least 15 years and he delivered my daughter 7 years agoHe always listens to my concerns (both medical and personal) without judging or rushing me. I am blessed to call him my doctor and my friend.
Absolutely amazing people
Everyone I’ve come in contact with are all so nice and friendly!!!
When I was a patient with my first two pregnancies I felt totally neglected by my doctor and staff. Now I’m pregnant again high risk and every time I call nobody answers the phone and it always says 5 people ahead of me. Terrible service. Y’all need to be shut down. It’s impossible to make an appointment and you can’t do it online either. Just stupid. 😡

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
