go absolutely anywhere else if you can. doctor refused to prescribe me medication i’ve been taking for 4 years, told me to get rid of all of them and not take them again. as a psychiatrist they should know not to quit medication cold turkey. said they would fill my other medication but failed to do so and now i can’t get a refill. waste of time and money.

I want to start by recognizing the front desk staff, Inez was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my visit. I called ahead to confirm personal information and services, and was told everything was good to go. However, once I was called to the back, it was clear the MA was disengaged and did not want to be there. When I asked simple questions about services (not outcomes or medical advice), the clinical staff seemed unsure and unable to explain what they offered, constantly redirecting everything to the doctor. The lack of knowledge and professionalism immediately concerned me. The interaction lasted maybe 3 minutes before I decided to cut my appointment short and the clinical staff even looked relieved that they didn’t have to proceed with testing. This place is not for me. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking quality care and a professional atmosphere. If you have no insurance and just need basic care, this may be an option but be prepared for low-quality service and attitude.

What an amazing place to receive care. Dr. Rowe and every staff member I encountered made me feel valued and genuinely cared for. I would absolutely return, and I highly recommend 26Health to anyone looking for a clinic that truly prioritizes its patients.

I had been putting off making an appointment with my doctor for a while, but a debilitating headache finally forced me to seek care and I’m so grateful for the medical team at 26Health. Nurse Practitioner Rhea made me feel unbelievably comfortable. She asked all the necessary questions with such care and professionalism that I never once felt uneasy. Bert, the Medical Assistant, was equally warm, friendly, and attentive, and the phlebotomist Velvet did an outstanding job as well. The clinical staff was compassionate, professional, and genuinely committed to my comfort and well-being. I left feeling heard, cared for, and supported. Highly recommend this wonderful medical team!

I’ve gone for both routine STI testing and for primary care. Always very helpful office staff and very impressed with Dr. Stephen Rowes bedside manner. He’s been doing it for 20 years but somehow isn’t jaded and made an effort to spend real time getting to know me and not just my reason for the visit.

I have been to 26health a few times now and am hugely thankful for this office. I have struggled to find an office that was going to take care of me when I have a very low-level insurance. Usually having to go to offices that have long wait lists and then when you finally arrive there they treat you at the speed of light and keep it moving. That was not the case here, I am so happy to have found Dr. Mena and Rhea Ambray (APRN) (As well as their CMAs Neil & Bert) , they have been so amazing and hearing my concerns and helping me reach my goals. They also have multiple disciplines of specialties in the building and all have been great. Give them a try! ***Edited to include: The Venus Center! Wow! amazing office and brand new and clean. Immediately a beautiful and safe environment from walking in. Barika Harris, the nurse practitioner, is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable women's health specialists I've seen and she is an expert at making you feel calm. Bernadette (RN/BSN) is one of the best nurses on the planet. 10/10 recommend them 10000%!

Kind, warm, professional atmosphere. Everyone from receptionist to Doctors aid to the Doctor himself was a breath of fresh air! I felt truly heard and seen.

I've never had any problems with this office! Dr. Rowe and any of the nurses and staff I have spoken to have been very helpful and actually cared about my situation and what I need as a patient. There WAS a hiccup with one of my appointments where I was not given a date for my bloodwork, so I arrived to the scheduled appointment and they could not see me since I had no recent bloodwork, but they got me in as soon as possible to take care of it. I have no experience with their mental health services, but ever since ai moved to Orlando I have been going here based on a recommendation from my friends and have no regrets :)
